    A Cut Above Lawns LLC
This company did not complete this job! Another company responded and completed this job in a timely manner, but the company was not A Cut Above Lawns. I can not rate this company since it did not do the job.

Received estimate, work was then scheduled. Called on the day scheduled to ask what time because nobody showed up and was told something has come up and job had to be cancelled. I understand conflicts can occur, but expect a phone call to explain the circumstances.

    Augusta Southern Tree Removal
Extremely well done, Four hours and it was over with. Crue works together each with there own task like a well rehears play. Tasks were to remove a 200-year-old fallen tree and remove a damaged tree slightly less in age on a small obstruced lot. House sheds limited space.

    The Water Elf
Bob showed up on time and explained what the problem was with my system. He looked around and made an assessment. He said it was going to be a fairly simple fix that would take about 2 hours (could have been longer just to put it out there). Gave me an estimate of $250 but came out to $262 because there was a bit more damage that was initially thought but not a problem. Bob did a fantastic job and got it done in just 2 hours. He was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. Thank you.

    The Arbory Tree Services
Removed a large tree, and left the stump. They informed me they would be back in 2-3 days to remove the stump. It took over one month to get the stump removed. As I was trying to sell the house this was an issue. When trimming and removing undergrowth from the back privacy barrier, they "Accidentally" cut down two 14 foot Holly trees, leaving me with little privacy. They did offer to plant one new bush. It was a tree with no branches below 6 feet, so it did little to fill the gap in the privacy fence. Additionally the tree did not survive the planting, so I was left with a hole in the privacy screen and another dead tree to remove.

    Andrews Landscaping
The contractor never showed up for the appointment and never called. I verified the appointment the day before via text, and the contractor responded and confirmed the time. I cannot speak to the quality of their work when they actually show up, but I would rate their customer service as terrible.

    Augusta Southern Tree Removal
The crew was very efficient in their duties. Each member was responsible for different tasks such as trimming, operating the bobcat to reach tree tops, and removing large cut branches. The area around the trees was left clean and free of any debris on the ground. I highly recommend this company for their work and efficiently.

    The Arbory Tree Services
The crew did an excellent job, came on time, removed one maple tree, 10 bushes, and trimmed a river burch. After completing the work they cleaned the area nicely. Most importantly, grinder came two months after this job and grinned all stumps and roots in the area. I would definitely recommend them to friends and hire them again in future.

    Scott's Lawn Care Services Inc.
Seem to be a great company, I had no problem with service, I just wasnt willing to pay the fee for call ahead service. Because I had a dog that needed to be put up they charged extra to let you know when they were coming. Otherwise I would have stayed with them

    Augusta Southern Tree Removal
Stanley Gracey came to house for estimate the same afternoon we called. Work began two days later and was completed (including excellent cleanup) the same day. The entire crew was professional and clearly knew what they were doing, safely managing the removal of two large pines that were leaning toward the house (one was actually cracked). Total job included two additional huge pines and some overhanging branches. Work exceeded expectations (given work done by other tree services over the years) and price was fair. Would definitely use Mr. Gracey and the team again for future work.
