BChoice Home WarrantyNot good . They came in November $60.00. They came in December $60.00. They came in March . $0. They came in January $60.00. Todate, the Unit is still not working. Now I have NOTHING. Same unit same problem still not fixed and because of this the Unit never shut off during the summer. So far I'm in the hole. I'm getting Nickled and dimed to death while I still do not have the Unit running. Each payment was SUPPOSED a different issud. It' the same issue . The unit is NOT working period. This is total B.S. A year now and it's still not working. Why in the **** am I paying for insurance. This is a total ripoff.- Gregory T.

AA/C ServiceMaster LLCI called Paul and though he was very busy, as every AC company is in August, he made a point of making it out the same day. Turned out to be a problem with the contacts not closing properly. Paul stayed and fixed the unit on the spot and now we have nice cool air to make it through those hot August days. ASig Cox Heating & Air ConditioningIn the 30 years, we have made our home in Augusta, and we have tried four or five different HVAC services providers and found all liking in some aspic of the services. High cost for poor services, no services warranty, extra charges for items that should be part of routine maintenance, charges for parts not used, and last but not least, crabby, rude, and downright disagreeable service engineers. We changed service providers. Sig-Cox is our HVAC services provider for more than ten years. To say that we are satisfied with there service would be an understatement. Sig-Cox is providing services above and beyond what other services providers give. They are responsive to our needs and schedule, charge only for parts “needed and used,” arrive at the date and time specified, and their rates are within reason. The service engineers age knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. And our Dogs approve of them also. Thank you, Sig-Cox, for ten years of the best services.- David M.

ADynamic FinishingsLarry Keel is an extremely friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and very responsive contractor. Dynamic Finishings removed a 31' load bearing wall, added a large closet, added an attic access pull down stairs, added trim work and painted everything to match. Now you can't even tell that the wall was ever there. His crew was professional and friendly throughout the entire process, as well as his subcontractors. He would explain ways to cut cost instead of hiking up the price unnecessarily. He was very flexible as the scope was tweaked unexpectedly at times during the job. At the end of the day, he will make sure that you are happy! You can't ask for anything more. I am admittedly anal and would text him with questions in the evening expecting a response the next day. He would always text back immediately and be available for a phone call at any time. My wife and I are ecstatic about the finished product. I highly recommend this company for any renovations that might be too scary to tackle yourself. We had our kitchen replaced prior to Larry's work starting. The only reason that you didn't use Dynamic for that job is because one of our friends works for a kitchen cabinet company. But, the company we used didn't offer electrical, plumbing, or mechanical services. Larry gave me advice and contacts for those services as well. Our kitchen turned out as well as it did due to Larry's help at no benefit to him.- Kevin M.

He offered various units to accommodate my requirement before I decided on the best option. On the day of the installation, he arrived on time, took the necessary safety precautions, did the installation and then walk me through the process of what he performed and showed me the operations. AI hired them a few months back to fix my 20-year-old furnace, now the A/C needed assistance. They were able to fix each at a reasonable cost. Their technicians are polite, friendly and prompt.

AI've never had my ducts cleaned so wasn't sure what to expect. Seemed like a fairly straightforward cleaning. Technician made some decent recommendations and pointed out a few issues with the system. He pulled a bunch of lint out of our dryer vent so I'm looking forward to a more efficient dryer as well. Would recommend to others.
