ASERVPRO of AugustaI cannot speak highly enough about this company, especially Sean and Ted. They are the epitome of professionals who truly believe in putting their customers first, providing the most positive customer service experience anyone could ever encounter. Their knowledge and expertise saved us tens of thousands of dollars (yes, I do mean tens of thousands!) and were incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient while we asked a plethora of questions, even well outside business hours. I would recommend this team to anyone, even if you just think you might have an issue. We actually had three different businesses from the area come out to give us recommendations and pricing. Servepro was the only company who refused to provide pricing or recommendations as they did not feel there was a problem. They confirmed this with testing. The other companies were looking to charge us upwards of $20,000 for remediation and would still leave us with additional bills from other contractors to restore the home to its original state as only tear down was included in their pricing. This team absolutely will ensure they maintain your safety without compromising your wallet. Again I cannot say enough about how highly I recommend business with them.- Brandi W.

ABiotek Environmental Mold RemovalI contacted Biotek on Saturday morning, July 25th, 2015, and received a call back from Ancel Hamilton within 30 minutes. He told me Thomas Grise would be contacting me and would send a crew out on Sunday to start. His crew arrived on Sunday morning and started the containment and remediation services. They put fans and filters in place to dry out the areas of water penetration. Biotek came by each day to check on things and finished remediation services on Wednesday of the following week. This company is STELLAR!!! Coming out on a Sunday was incredible!. They are highly skilled, knowledgable and very professional. Biotek's service and support gave us the peace of mind we needed after experiencing the stress of water damage in our home.- Shawn C.

ABiotek Environmental Mold RemovalThey were good. We had a coupon. We didn't have to leave when they did the testing but we had to leave when the results came back because it was not safe. There was 17 times the mold and we had to leave for 3 months while they cleaned it out. ABiotek Environmental Mold RemovalFrom my first contact with their receptionist to the last with PJ, our experience with BioTek was one of the easiest and most professional service experiences we have had. We had concerns about mold growth in our home and contacted them to perform testing. They were very prompt in their response, courteous and friendly on the phone, and showed up right on time. PJ walked through our house with my husband and discussed our risk factors for mold growth for every space from the attic to the crawl space. He took pictures to document and support his findings. He then offered to return from Columbia to review his findings and his proposal. It was easier for us to get that info my e-mail, so he sent it along with a lot of literature. He then answered all of my questions by e-mail and encouraged me to call with more questions as they came up. On reviewing his proposal he explained which portions were strongly recommended and which were optional or able to be completed at a later time. Ultimately that saved us $2800 off his proposal. How many companies are willing to do a smaller job just because it's the right thing for the customer? That really made me more confident in PJ. In addition to literature on the work and materials PJ proposed, he also sent a detailed description of what we could expect on each day of the job, right down to different smells and noises we would notice. That really helped me prepare my toddler for the work we had done. Furthermore, PJ explained and re-explained what we could expect as I kept getting confused about whether it was safe to be at home or how long we'd be without power. (In the end we left home for a few hours one day when we were without power, we had power and were home the other days.) Overall, BioTek's part of the job lasted a little over 3 days. On the last day they had some staffing issues that resulted in the guys being late starting. Otherwise the crew arrived and left as expected. They were courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and entertained my very curious toddler. The icing on the cake? They were willing to work around nap schedules whenever possible! I have no idea how much these services normally cost, so it's hard to say how competitive their pricing is. It's also too early to know if we'll have mold issues again. I hope I never need their services again, but would use/recommend them without reservation. They seem to be one of few companies "in the area" (they are in Columbia) to offer these services. They don't have to have the customer service that they do because they have so little competition. How refreshing then it was for such a scary issue to have been handled so easily and professionally.- Hany N.

ASchantz Home ImprovementI'm impressed with their integrity. The owner has excellent workers and subcontractors, he also owner oversees all the work, and he insures everything is done to perfection. He very much insists on top quality. He is very much into quality control. They were very punctual, and the owner was very good about explaining what things will cost. If the workers did not meet the owners standards, he would not keep them. He completed the work within the budget. He is honest, he even did not charge me for some of the work. I was so satisfied with his work I recommended him to my own relatives.- Jay W.

He did exactly what he said he would do and completed the job exactly when he said he would. If he had to come a little late, he called to tell us. He went above what we had expected, even upgrading some of the materials he used at no extra cost to us. The men on the crew were also very professional and did an excellent job. We also felt our cost was very fair. We are so glad we had this done.

AI can not say enough great things about this company! We had a large job that had to be done. Ms. Patti, Billy and Shawn worked their tails off for us. We had several issues with our yard. We had a spring pop up in our yard that caused a swamp. We also had water coming in to our crawl space from the outside. They water sealed the back and side of our home and installed a French Drain system with catch basins. These guys were super friendly, reliable, trustworthy, and just all around great guys. We couldn’t have found a better price for this quality of work and we are super blessed we found them to do our job!
