Routine seasonal HVAC maintenance

Creighton Laircey has been to our house twice with two different technicians. The first for AC maintenance in the spring and the second for Heating maintenance in the winter. The second technician tried to upsell us a new motor for the heater and brand new duct work for the entire house. Realizing he was full of it, we hired another company and sure enough - everything was in perfect working order. Even worse the unit had apparently never been cleaned, including by the first CL technician. Terrible company.

Our heat pump when out in our home so we hired Creighton Laircey to come out and quote/replace our unit.

It was a very seamless process, and we were really pleased. They explained all of our options to us and provided us with very fair quote for a quality unit. Their team arrived when they said they would and even worked to get the job done in the pouring rain. That's dedication! Our new hvac unit works SO much better than the previous one. We're very happy with it. Great job!

Creighton and Laircey installed a high efficiency heating and air conditioning system. They also installed a indoor air quality package.

I had a few heating and air companies come give me estimates for a new system. Had a mix and match system that struggled during the Summer. Not to mention had a high power bill. The salesman from Creighton and Laircy did a more thorough job and suggested a system different than the other companies. He quoted a low and high speed system with humidity control. He also added a return because he went up a half ton and blew insulation in the master bedroom. After the system was installed last Summer I noticed the AC was running a lot. When I called to complain the salesman told me this was normal and to wait until I received my first power bill. He was right. My power bill went down $65 and ahs continued to do so. The power has gone down a little since this past Winter but not as much as the Summer. All in all, this has been a wonderful experience. The house is more comfortable and I am saving on my power bill.

When the electric power came back on after the ice strom my heating system did not work. I call Creighton Laircey Company and they were at my house in less than 2 hours. The service tech was extremely professional. He determined the problem quickly. It was specialized part and he had to go pick it up. He was only gone 30 minutes. Within 1 1/2 hour my heat was back on and working. While he was here, he look at the entire system to make sure that it was working correctly.

It was great. I would recommend them to any one. Give them a call.

Installed a new heating and air system. Also (2) dehumidifiers

I called Creighton Laircey to help with my air conditioner that could not keep up in the summer heat. Victor came out and measured the home, ran a heat load calculation and found the high ceilings were to blame. Instead of replacing my existing system, Victor came up with a separate system to handle 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. My home has never been this comfortable in 8yrs! After the installation was finished,(great install team) I asked Victor about the smell in my basement. He recommended we install a dehumidifier to handle the basement and crawlspace. once again problem solved. This company has been great to work with and has earned my business in the future.

Tried to get a quote for a new AC/heat pump

We called Creighton Laircey to obtain a quote to replace our old AC/heat pump. We left a message with the secretary, she stated that the owner, Victor, would follow-up with us the next day to set a time for an inspection and estimate. We did not receive a call the following day and are still waiting for a follow-up call.

I apologize for not calling this customer. As I looked into our records, I found two customers with the same name that called around the same time. One customer was contacted, scheduled and quoted. When I called to ask about the review on Angie's List, he stated he was not a member. I realized then we had not returned a phone call. We used them for years for new unit and maintanence. The last unit was defective and they showed very little interest in making it right. There were a couple of their men who were helpful but not the company as a whole. Their record keeping was sloppy and then all of a sudden they dissappeared and failed to offer us any annual servicing.

I would love a phone call from this customer. Our records show we installed a new system 9 years ago and the last time we were at the home was 3 years ago.
