CTammy was a smoker, smelled like smoke instead of clean when they finished. Used dirty mops. Floors not clean. Didn’t really listen or catch on to instructions regarding which mops to use. I feel like I can resolve all issues except smoking. Joanne was very pleasant.

They discovered a small stain in one room and didn't charge for treating it due to size. Very nice and professional. Would definitely rehire.

AWill and Matt of Vent Pros are fantastic. We needed help quick and Will was able to come by the very next day. He and Matt explained the entire process, showed us the video live of the vents, checked up on the roof, air flow, etc. and offered options. Our issue required some detective work to identify and they were very thorough and kind. Good price. Highly recommend!
