AMayweather FlooringI rarely write reviews but I feel as though I should after my interaction and business with Mayweather flooring. I was in a hurry to get flooring installed in my newly finished basement and they were able to work it out to where they came out the same day I contacted them for an estimate. Not only that, but they were also able to move their schedule around a little bit to accommodate my rush and complete the project only a few days later. They were also able to do it an amazing price, much less than a couple other estimates that I received. Their communication is great, they are professional and they did a great job on the flooring (LVP and carpet). I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be keeping them in mind for any future projects.- Ken M.

AEncompass Contracting LLCExcellent! We first hired Jamie to do a new shower in our master bath. His work was so good that we then hired him to remodel the upstairs and replace all carpet with hardwood flooring. This involved some complicated problem solving for difficult transitions, which he did a great job of. It looks beautiful! Then he did an exterior job, to replace damaged siding. Jamie is smart and detail-oriented, so he makes sure every bit of the job is perfect. Would hire him again for any size projects.- Christine B.

A year and a half later I had a plumbing emergency that required some of the flooring to be replaced and there was no other company that I considered rehiring to perform the job. FPoor, very unprofessional! Left tools and clothing behind after job was completed. Broke my disable husband's power recliner in the process. I was charged to have his men move my furniture. When I asked the owner to make it right, he said it didn't happen (of course, I don't know why I expected him to show integrity) and told me he was going to get in contact with his lawyer. Awful experience and paid over $2000, now I have broken furniture.

AFrom the first time I walked into the store and spoke to Dodee, through the measuring with Wylie, to the day of install with Oger, everything went smoothly. I just adored our salesperson, Dodee. She was extremely friendly, patient, and professional. The installers were obvious pros. They made sure I was happy and were very quick considering how much flooring they installed. I would definitely hire Tommy Lee Carpets again.
