Offered financing. Did not disclose the usury term of financing. Then claimed that since the financing was actually from a third party, they had no responsibility for it. The third party stated that as long as we owed $1 of principal they had the right to charge us financing charges of $130 per month calculated on the full principal, despite the fact that we had paid down the principal significant...

I had a very good experience with the piano tuning. I scheduled the tuning on line and since the first one was for free the scheduling on line is a little different than if you have to pay for it. Something came up with the tech that was supposed to service the piano. He called way a head of ti me and rescheduled with me for an even earlier date, which was not a problem for me. He arrived on time ...
