Beware - Dishonest Billing Office Practices. Spouse went for a colonoscopy/endoscopy and as he was being prepped I was told we had to pay $500 right then or they couldn't proceed with the procedure, said we hadn't met our deductible yet. The doctor himself was his assistant are not very well at communicating. My problem has been going on for over a month. The physician is awesome and listens to you as a patient.  He reviewed my last test results and explained that I would need to have another upper endoscopy for further diagnosis and evaluation.  We also discussed the importance of having a colonoscopy and since I would be sedated for the endoscopy it would be the perfect time to have one.  At this point, I just need to schedule the procedures, but...

Screening went very well.  Dr. Ravi spoke with me after the procedure and explained what was found, and what was done.   I was very pleased with her services.

I actually go to the Marietta office near Kennestone Hospital to Dr. Al-Awabdy.  Overall my experience has been good but not excellent.  They addressed my concerns and scheduled further testing & diagnostics within a reasonable amount of time.  It takes forever for an actual office visit to see the doctor though.  Plan on being there for a minimum of an hour just to talk to the doctor for 10 minut...
