They arrived when they say they'll arrive. Usually within an hour of the scheduled time. They will reschedule when I need them to do so. If I need them to come before noon, they will come before noon. The technician also alerted me to a hidden armadillo hole that I haven't spotted yet. ( The price below ics per quarter)

The workman was extremely nice and cooperative. As a result of the work, several people who come and go from my property reported being bit less frequently. Two people saw some mosquitoes lying around like they were sick a couple of days after the spraying was done. I continued to get bites (I am extremely sensitive to insect bites) but not as many as before he sprayed.

    The BrickKicker
Awesome. The Inspector, James, was extremely professional and was very patient and helpful in explaining any issues he found. I highly suggest getting pest, radon & mold inspection which are additional costs but worth peace of mind if purchasing a home. The Pest inspectors contracted by Brickkickers in Athens, Arrow Exterminators, were great as well. We are new to Georgia and Adam was very helpful in explaining 'pest issues' common in Georgia. From my first enquiry, all involved were extremely responsive, punctual and professional. 5 stars.

It all started well enough, the salesperson and office staff were professional and answered all our questions (with minimal, but some, extra sales pitches inserted by the salesperson here and there about additional services not  being asked for). We decided to go with them even though they were a little more than the first estimate we received because of the professionalism. The office staff even sent an email announcing who was coming to the house and when.
However, the crew arrived and performed their work with very poor craftsmanship (e.g.the paint job looked unprofessional --streaky as if it was rushed) and the caulking was rushed and unprofessional (bulbous and uneven in very visible places). And several spots that were supposed to be sealed were not. We called and sent photos of the work that was done, and they said they'd send someone out to look at it.
But that was not the half of it. The one way door for the squirrel was placed in a location that was not agreed upon, and completely on the other side of the house from where the nest was. This was forced into an area that caused some minor wood damage. Not only that, the original holes that the squirrel used to exit were sealed over so that the squirrel would not be able to exit from there and would have to search the whole attic to find the other one-way door. We could hear the squirrel running around frantically, in one specific location as if it were now trapped. So we called them about this and (again) about the shoddy work.
We were told that squirrels, in their desperation to get out, will always find the one way door.  The problem with this theory is that It never did, and it died in our attic.  And if that wasn't bad enough,  the house started to smell (we have not been able to use that part of the house for several weeks). I called and talked to the manager who was very professional and assured me that they would find it and remove it. A service person came out on a Friday, went into the attic for 5 minutes, and said he couldn't find it. I called the manager again and he said that they wold take care of this and the items on the punch list ASAP, but because of the weekend, it wasn't until the next Tuesday that were able to make it out.
On that Tuesday two workers came to a) trim the excess caulk (it looks better), b) caulk any omitted areas (they sealed them all) and c) look for the dead squirrel (they say they used a scope but could not find it).
When my wife asked what could be done, they told her that the only thing would be to take out wall sections to locate it. When she asked what they would do in our shoes, one crew member answered "I'd suck it up."
I called the manager back whose tone was somewhat changed now, and after some lengthy conversation and negotiation, we finally reached an agreement that we would only pay half of the agreed upon price (for the drip guard and seal work).
The only reason I did not give an F above for responsiveness and professionalism was because of a few instances where it seemed that some people would work with us or cared at times.  The fact that I had to negotiate in the end was almost enough to go with the F for professionalism. Of course, I'm talking about the office staff, because what the worker said, I hope is not a reflection of the all the people employed at the company.

Inspector failed to come at indicted time.  Customer service (located in another state) unhelpful...hopeless waiting time, incorrect answers.  We lost two mornings waiting for the service rep to come.  Situation as yet unresolved. Impossible to contact local office for help..calls go to a national location.

Unfortunately, the traps the technician placed in the easy-to-reach spot in the attic remain untripped; meanwhile, the squirrel continues happily gnawing and nesting in the living-room wall, just inside the hole I showed the technician. Killing the yellow jackets was nice, but the main problem - the squirrel eating and nesting in our wall - remains untouched. Very perfunctory and disappointing service.

I got a call from them the day after my purchase. I live in Athens, but they had somebody in my area a few days later so we booked it. The lady who called me was very courteous and professional. I was at work when they came to my house, but the guy called me when he was on his way. He was very courteous and professional as well. I wish I could remember their name, but I can't. I got home from work that day and honestly could not believe how well it worked.
I don't usually do reviews, but I was very impressed with the two people I talked to and I couldn't believe how effective it was so I feel like I almost have to give a review. My mosquito issue was about a 9 on a scale from 1 - 10 and it's now barely a 1. I have seen a few in the last couple of weeks, but I had so many that a few is nothing.  It is amazing to be out in my yard and not get swarmed with mosquitoes.
I probably sound like I work for the company, but I don't. I just really was blown away with how they destroyed all the mosquitoes around my yard. I've been telling everyone I know how amazed I am.  I've been battling those things in my yard for years and haven't had any luck so it's really great. I highly recommend Inspect all services.

The inspector, Bob, responded in a very timely and professional manner.  He took his time to do a comprehensive inspection of the property, a large old house.  After mapping out the property he reported that we were free from any active colonies and offered his plan for preventative treatment, the sentricon system.  He then offered various payment plans as well as discounts for up front and multi-year arrangements. The inspection was free.
We actually called another company to get another opinion and another bid.  They came and were professional and informative, but not as thorough in their inspection.  Their price was also higher and they offered no multi-year discounts.
Bob was very caring about our personal situation and showed respect for the people here and the property.  If you get him to do your inspection, you will get a job well done.
The installation of the system was done by a team of two who also respected the property and the residents.  The lead fellow remembered having been here 12 years ago and he applied that experience to do his installation with greater care, precision, and efficiency.  I was pleased to see that Orkin cared about their work from that long ago to remember details.
We had a great experience with Orkin in Athens, GA and will consider them for other pest needs in addition to termites.

    Yarbrough Pest Control
Steve Yarbrough has been taking care of our pest control service for at least a decade. He also serviced a rental home we owned. When the tenants bought their own home, they were so pleased with Steve they hired him to care for their new house. We could not be happier. He is extremely pleasant to work with, and responds immediately when unexpected pests show up. We highly recommend him.

We've used them for years and they've always been great!  They leave a good report if they come when I'm not home and have always been very responsive in coming out.  We've never had any issues with them.  Their products are the benchmark of their service and we've never had any pest issues.  They give you about a 3-hour time frame when they come out and are very thoughtful about ever rescheduling.  They're punctual, too.
