AHandyMan ContractingWe had a great experience with Jessie from Pro Line. He listened to what we wanted, sketched a plan and gave us estimates on the spot. His timeline was looking like a month or so, which was fine with us, but ended up only being about 2 weeks. Jessie and another associate came to install our brand new cabinets and bookshelves. The unit was beautiful! Exactly what we had shown him and he made it work for our space. You can tell he takes great pride in his work as there was obvious attention to detail. He made sure we were happy during the whole process. We would absolutely hire Pro Line again for any home project need. Friendly, professional and reasonably priced- beautiful results!- Cortney L.

CSoutheastern Appliances & MoreAppointments were made to deliver and install appliances and were changed without notice, so we would be waiting and there would be a no show. My builder or I would have to call to reschedule. The salesperson always gave the same answer - I didn’t know. I thought it was part of the job to make sure everything was delivered and installed. I had to pay for the appliances and installation beforehand. It seemed like after they had your money, they didn’t care. Now, I am waiting for a refund for a dishwasher that hasn’t come. I realize it is a difficult time, but I was told several times that they could pick up the dishwasher. It makes one wonder if they went to other customers. My builder suggested them or I wouldn’t have used them. The installers were great once they arrived! An example of customer no service!- Janis H.

ACHONG'S Upholstery & DraperyYou will not find a more professional upholsterer anywhere. Their quality is superb - our furniture is better now than when it was new. Everything was ready exactly when they said it would be. Prices were not cheapest in town but were very competitive. Amy & Chris took care of everything. I literally took what I wanted and left the rest! I made a killing! I got paid! AI ordered an Acrylic turntable cover for my new audiophile turntable - Dr. Feickert Woodpecker with Origin Live illustrious tone arm. I got the "floating cover", which sits on the top of the turntable plinth via 4 seating blocks. This cover is a beautiful work of art, literally could be used in an art museum display. it is very sturdy and extremely well finished. The pricing was very, very reasonable and I have never seen better or more secure packaging. Shipping was received as was promised and in a timely fashion. APERFECT. The team was so fast and helpful. There was no damage to any of our items including the car they moved. Nothing was left behind and we were able to do a FaceTime walk through once they packed up our apartment. This is the second time we've moved with them and we could not recommend them more.
