    Cyber plumbing
The first and only time he tried to come out here he said he could not find it then after that he never could work me in at a time that I was here so I figured he must not want to work too badly. Gave up on him called YoHe plumbing, they did a good job. Punctual and polite .

    Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service
I was very impressed by the whole experience. Nothing negative at all. The guys they sent were top notch- friendly, polite, professional, fast workers-above all I felt they were honest. I will never use a different plumbing company after dealing with the plumbers this company sent.

    The Drain Surgeon
I was running a few minutes late so I called and left a message letting them know. A very nice young man called me back and said no problem, the owner was the person that would be coming, and he was finishing up a job in Lincolnton and would let me know when he was on his way. I rushed home to make sure that I didn't miss them. Then I sat and waited. And waited. And waited. 5 o'clock came and went so I called and left a message, asking if they were still coming today. No response. I called again at 6 o'clock. No response. I finally called again at 10 after seven and told them I was upset. Apparently they were not coming today and a phone call to let me know of that fact would have been nice. Granted, I'm just a piddly little customer and they weren't going to make a whole lot of money off of me, but that seems to me to be besides the point. I understand that sometimes jobs take longer than expected, and it can goof up your appointments for the rest of your day. But it only takes a moment to call and let your next client know that. To not do so is just rude and unprofessional.

Way better than the other plumbers I've used in CSRA.  They are hourly, which is so much cheaper than a "flat rate" plumber.  I've had a lot of plumbing needs recently and used several others before finding Hardy Plumbing.  Job was done right the first time.  I needed after hours plumbing (which does come at a slightly higher rate) but was still about half of what the other "flat rate" plumbers were going to charge me.

I am going to completely rewrite my review, because I had a bad first impression but the company has been good about rectifying my complaints. I called them to replace some broken pipes around my well that had frozen. When the water came back on, we discovered a massive tear in a copper pipe in my attic, so while they were here they replaced that pipe in the attic. The main problem is that after they left, there was a lot of water still in the insulation in my attic, which they hadn't talked about, and shortly after they left half my kitchen ceiling collapsed. They did their job and everything but I feel an outstanding worker would have told me I had a lot of water in my attic needing to be drained/removed. Another small problem is that they had disposed of the broken copper pipe and it was needed for my insurance claim. While my insurance claim was being processed (to fix my kitchen ceiling) I called Williams Sewer and Drain to see if they could find that, and they didn't return the call, but it turns out that they had tried to find the pipe and had gone to some trouble to do so. They also offered to speak with my insurance adjuster personally, but my insurance company was convinced I guess so the call was not needed. A tree had been damaged while they were working at my home and they replaced it. All in all I believe these are honest folks who do care about customer satisfaction. After my experience I am going to suggest that homeowners a) ask your plumbers to leave broken pipes with you "just in case" and b) check the repairs and check for any mess that can cause further damage (like a ceiling falling down).

    Goldmech Inc

My Mother's house had plumbing problems for several months. She originally contacted Gold Mech in December, 2012 for an estimate, but as she was undergoing a series of medical tests it was understood the work could not begin until January. Due to a series of unfortunate misunderstandings involving an unpleasant receptionist at the company (a situation that I believe has been taken care of by management), work did not begin until the end of March.
A supervisor personally came to her house to inquire why the work had not been done. She explained that none of her calls were ever returned, and the receptionist had been very rude. She had given up on the company at this point.
Once that was cleared up, they agreed the work could begin the next day. My Mother called to tell me how the work was progressing, and to say how happy she was with the polite employees and job being done. Today another supervisor visited to check to make sure everything was working properly, and explained to us again what all they had to do to her house. The final price was actually lower than the original estimate. We couldn't be happier with the results.

I called this company on November 14 and left a message with the lady that answered the phone. She said someone would call me back. No one called. I called again on November 21, same scenerio, no call back.

We were in no hurry so he took his time. I was impressed with the quality of his work and his professionalism. He was extremely helpful by suggesting we take our time in finishing the mantle. I was able to play around with stains and finishes until I got the result I wanted.

I had a leak in an old iron pipe to my water heater and called the company late in the evening for someone to come out in the early morning, next day. Responder was on time to come out to check my problem. He stated that in order to fix the pipe, a new piece would need to be re-threaded, but he did not have proper tools and would need to come back. I had explained that I needed to leave home in the afternoon and he stated that would not be a problem. When I called to check-in 2 hours later, he told me he was going to pick up a helper and would be on the way. He never showed up or called me back. I then called the office to cancel my work order. Instead of asking me if I would like to speak to the person in charge, the lady who answered the phone asked me if I knew the "color of his hair" (the tech). Guess they didn't know who they sent out!

I would hire them again in a minute. Their contractor, Larry, was great! He did the electrical work and plumbing as well. He cut a new door. His crew also did the installation of the cabinets. They were just wonderful. They put tarps down and tidied up after themselves. It was a class act job.
