ARiverside PaintingCommunications, timeliness, worker professionalism, cleanliness on the job, repairs, surface preparation, material selection and results all met or exceeded expectations. Of particular note is the house has a tile roof and required special skill in dealing with repairs to some rotted wood. Riverside demonstrated particular care and expertise in dealing with this unusual requirement. ARodriguez PaintingThis was the best crew- Showed up Friday to pressure wash the whole house; Saturday showed up again did all the repairs that were needed and painted the house. Took the Gutters down and put in a pile for my new gutters to go up- Luis and his team were phenomenal. ARiverside PaintingAs soon as I called, Joe called me back right away and came by the same day for an estimate. The price way very fair and the estimate was thorough. They started the job the next day and finished within a couple of days. They kept me advised on everything. When they found wood rot in a couple of places they fixed it and even took digital photos of their work (since I was not at home that day) and charged me very little for the additional work. These guys are very professional and treat the customer with respect. Jorge was an excellent foreman on the job. By the way, they only did the work that was needed and did not try to up sell me on work that was not appropriate. I will use them again.- TOM T.

ARiverside PaintingGerardo came out to provide a quote and informed me of things needed to be done and others that weren't necessary. The painters were efficient and got the job done to my satisfaction. Santiago runs a great work crew. The carpentry work was excellent. Especially the stairway and roof over our deck. My vision was minimal compared to the work performed. Both the roof structure and stairway are wonderful. Gerardo let me know that they weren't finished until I was completely happy with the job. It ended up being much more than I expected. Overall, I am very pleased and would use them again. In fact, they will be painting the deck and stairs in the spring. Thanks Riverside.- william k.

ARiverside PaintingSimply perfect job. We have a big 1920's house that needed painting and new/replacement gutters. Also a 10 year old stucco installation needed remediation and sealing to fix a water intrusion problem. This part of the job was very large, detailed and time-consuming. I initially looked at separate contractors to do each aspect. I got three bids from other Angies List contractors for each portion. After talking to Ruben Rivera from Riverside, I knew that they were the painters to use... however, they were able to do the stucco work as well. I had them do a small $200 "test job" on a small area of the stucco and their work was perfect. Their total price was equal to the best prices I got. Hired them and they finished the punch list items yesterday. Very professional crew. Very expert work. No accidents. Job was done exactly as I wanted. They did extra work with no extra charges. I plan to use them for the interior painting soon. You will not be disappointed in Riverside Painting for painting, gutter work, and stucco work.- John S.

ARiverside PaintingThe Riverside estimator Gerardo came on time and spent time and gave us a break down for the various tasks. He carefully showed us exactly what he saw and was suggesting so we would understand the scope and cost for each task. he saw things that other firms had missed... As work was progressing we added a few things and a few things turned out to be less complicated than expected -- All in all we felt that we were treated very fairly with regard to the estimates and contract and total cost. No surprises. Juan aka the Master/maestro of Stucco showed up on day one and came back with apprentices/assistants every few days as different areas needed to be worked on or the next step in the process was to be completed. Nestor led various workers and teams and he had the right people here every day. And they all worked very well together. They cleaned up every day before they left. They were neat and pleasant. they had all the necessary tools and equipment and enough workers at all times. When it rained they rearranged tasks and worked inside. Everything was done in one week. Important. Three hours after we paid and thanked everyone we found an area that needed to be touched up .. We could have fixed it but we had no paint... so I called Gerardo at 6PM and two of the painters returned the next morning and fixed both areas and left the remaining paint. I just found an area under my deck that was supposed to be painted, but I have no doubt they will return next week and paint that area.- William M.

DSuperior PRO contractors hired did an excellent job with making my vision of my home become a reality. At the beginning Superior Pro wrote a quoted price below 5k for painting and stucco repair. When we reached back out several months later we were advised that they didn't want to do the job for the price originally quoted. If they did they would have to remove several items and only do the painting. We agreed because the most important thing was the painting but after the contract was signed, several times before the job started, hey came back and tried raise the price again by 9k. This is very frustrating because you think you found the company and paid the deposit. We were able to get what we wanted and I was very happy until day 7 when the scaffold was left on the property and we were advised they had no way to remove it. I would advise you to ensure that everything that needs to be done is written out in detail on their contract not on a piece of paper because they won't honor that. The contractors are awesome; but the company needs to work on truth in advertisement.

Ai called The Final Touch contractors to install holiday lights on my home. Tommy is the handyman that was available to install my lights with one days notice. Tommy arrived early and worked late. He completed the job for the exception of one small area. He promised to come back within a day and he showed up as promised accompanied by Jeff who sealed the finish project. I received so many compliments and inquiries from my neighbors on how pretty my lights looked. These guys are hard working, responsive, friendly and offer great customer service.
