ARiverside PaintingCommunications, timeliness, worker professionalism, cleanliness on the job, repairs, surface preparation, material selection and results all met or exceeded expectations. Of particular note is the house has a tile roof and required special skill in dealing with repairs to some rotted wood. Riverside demonstrated particular care and expertise in dealing with this unusual requirement. ARiverside PaintingRiverside Painting did an excellent job from start to finish. Even though the house was only 6 years old, the exterior paint was cheap builders grade quality and was peeling from the trim in several places. The quality of RP's painting surpassed my expectations. I had 3 quotes from different paint companies and theirs was the lowest and conducted themselves more professionally than the others. One of the other companies did not care to observe measures to safeguard not only their health but mine and my families health. I appreciate that RP wore face masks while in the house. They were on time, got the job done and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I have no complaints. I will be using them again when we get ready to paint the other interior rooms.- Jorge A.

APerfection Roofing & SidingI had the notorious Louisiana Pacific siding on my house that started to warp and rot around the time I bought my house in 2008. I had it patched up and here and there and replaced rotten boards from time to time but this year it was just too much, especially after the chimney started to tilt. So I finally decided to install new siding on the entire house. After diligent research, I contracted the best-reviewed company in the area, Perfection Roofing and Siding. The job was done in December, so sometimes it had to be delayed because of the bad weather, but Robert's crew was incredibly professional and efficient. They reconstructed the badly damaged chimney, wrapped the entire house in a plastic sheet that would prevent the future water damage, and installed the Nichiha siding so meticulously you can't even see the seams or nail heads on it. The painting job was absolutely wonderful as well. My house looks beautiful now, I love the texture and feel of the siding that is supposed to last forever or at least my lifetime. Throughout the job, Robert was very easy to get in touch with and gave me regular updates on the next steps and/or delays. In short, I've had a great experience working with this company. I also noticed that the heating bill for the first month after the siding was installed was about 25% lower than in previous years. Overall, I am greatly satisfied with the job and would recommend PRS to anyone who is thinking about having their siding replaced or repaired.- Lana K.

APerfection Roofing & SidingI could not be more pleased with my experience with Perfection Roofing and Siding. They installed a new roof, new sheathing, wrapped the house, installed Hardie Plank siding, painted the house and installed new gutters. Everything was done to perfection! A360 PaintingEddie and his crews are awesome! Eddie was a referral from our realtor. We started with him and his crew painting our kitchen cabinets white and pressure washing/re-staining our deck. It was a 2.5-day project, they stuck to schedule, and they were awesome to work with. Soon after that, we had a plumbing emergency that left our downstairs in shambles (wall damage to walls, ceiling, flooring). Eddie was one of the first people we called besides the actual plumber. He was there to help every step of the way, as they assisted with opening up the siding/walls for the plumber to make his repairs and then patching everything up to look brand new and as if nothing happened. Eddie is incredibly personable, communicative, and easy to work with. We will definitely be using him for all future projects. They are a little pricier than other contractors, but there is a reason for that ... you get quality service, fast turnaround times, and professional-grade work done with first-class customer service. AAEM Construction & RestorationAn 80-foot tree fell on our house and we needed huge repairs – the entire roof replaced, rooms re-drywalled, rafters replaced, the porch rebuilt, electrical work done, painting, concrete sidewalk repaired, cabinetry work, etc. We needed a fantastic contractor who could handle everything, deal with our insurance company, complete the work on schedule, stay within budget, do a beautiful job, and maybe squeeze in a few extras for us. AEM did all that and more. I could not be more thankful for them, and I recommend them to anyone who needs a contractor. Jennell and Arnoldo are a powerhouse team. She is a great communicator and project manager, and she went to bat for us several times with our insurance company to make sure things were covered. He headed up the crew and made sure all the work done was perfect quality and that we were happy with how it turned out. They went above and beyond every step of the way, even mowing our lawn, cleaning the house, and power washing the driveway at the very end of the process. We felt so comfortable with them and their team that we actually went on vacation in the middle of the repair process. I am so happy we chose them; it could have been a vastly different process with a different contractor, but instead our house looks way better than it did before the tree fell on it. ACRSI Siding | Windows | PaintingCRSI performed a great job updating our home. We have owned our home for 25 years and had CRSI replace all our siding with Hardie Plank, replace all windows and doors, replace our gutters, and paint the house. AMark is excellent. When I first met him he was very courteous, wore a mark and stood 6ft apart. He was extremely personable and friendly. I told him what I wanted and his team built it. He oversaw everything and fixed anything that I didnt like and if he saw anything that needed to be fixed. He gave me a high quality shed with shed foundation and decently priced too. I am very impressed with his work and was ecstatic at the end when it was completed. I definitely would hire him for other projects. You cant go wrong with Mark.

AThis was a great service experience. Jon came out to provide an estimate within 3 days of my initial contact. He thoroughly reviewed our needs and suggested that we install white gutters with terratone covers to match our roof - he was the only person to suggest this to us and it looks really nice. Once we decided to go with Gutter Creations, they arrived to do our job a week later. A small crew worked diligently and as quietly as possible, considering that old gutters had to be torn off and completely replaced. The job site was left clean, apart from a few stray screws (so sweep your driveway after they're gone!) After a couple of days, Jon called to be certain that we were 100% happy, and we are.

AI am so pleased to share our experience with Epic Roofing. We had extensive damage to our roof from a hailstorm. I had contacted the insurance company to move our process to claims and all the other red tape involved with submitting insurance claims, however; by no means am I an expert in this space. Based on a referral from a neighbor, I contacted Lynn Sutton at Epic Roofing. At the onset of conversation, I expressed the challenges had with our insurance company and Mr. Sutton came out and completed an assessment of the damage to our roof. He then connected me with an exceptional insurance expert, Queenie. Queenie handled all the claims information from start to finish! She is very knowledgeable of all things involving insurance claims and worked directly with the adjustor to get us the maximum amount allowed for FULL REPLACEMENT of our roof and gutters! Then, Mr. Sutton went to work on materials, and I selected the color and type of shingles. Once the crew came and begun the job, nearly halfway through the front section of the roof, I realized the color of the shingles did not match up with my expectations. I spoke to the lead roof installer and he contacted Mr. Sutton. Immediately, the job was halted, and Mr. Sutton listened to my concerns. Long and short the change was made, and the shingles were removed and replaced with a better option. Exceptional customer service!!! Once the job was completed, the crew cleaned up all the debris and ensured we were completely satisfied, and we have been. I have recommended Epic Roofing to friends and family, in fact, a few of my neighbors have also had their roof repaired and/or replaced. I appreciate the professionalism, efficiency and promptness of the services provided by Mr. Sutton and the Epic Roofing team!!! Great company!!
