Septic Tank Cleaning reviews in Alpharetta

He completely exceeded my expectations. He showed up on time, and informed me of what he was going to do. They provided me with an estimate when my tank had been excavated. He informed me about the system, how it works, what needed to be repaired and why. Then he completed the work with attention to detail, leaving the system completely repaired, the ground replaced, the lawn leveled, fed and covered with straw. This was one of the best contractor experiences that I've ever had. Finally, the price was less than half of what others were quoting me. Their quality of work, and work ethic was excellent and second to none.

    Banks Septic
1500 gallon tank pumped for $425 with Angie's list coupon. Easy flat fee to work with. None of the nonsense about base fees, plus hose length, dig depth, etc., and so on that a few others vendors quoted me. My choice was a flat fee service. Only issue is minor in that you know the day they will come but not the time. I was home all day anyway so not an issue for me.

    Banks Septic
I wasn't actually present during the inspection and the pumping since the current owner still lives at the home we are in the process of purchasing. However, the owner did state that the actual inspection and pumping went well. We did come across a unique issue but after I spoke with Banks Septic's owner Matt Gravitt, he was willing to work it out. I really did appreciate that they accommodated our unique issue. I would recommend others to hire this company because they are very reasonable and will only charge you a flat fee (instead of adding on random costs here and there once they get there). A lot of other septic tank companies seem to add on random costs once they arrive by the way so be careful when getting your "estimate". Make sure you ask if it is a FINAL estimate or if it will change. I would also like to note that make sure you know where your sprinkler/irrigation lines run so it does not get damaged during the process of their digging.

    Majestic Plumbing & Electric
Majestic Plumbing was very thorough in checking my complaints about water pipe knocking.  They were friendly and knowledgeable.  They installed a new expansion tank on my water heater. I think that may have corrected the problem as I haven't noticed the knocking since.  I would definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.

The main water line between the meter and my house broke.  The land between my house and my neighbor was flooding.  A plumber was recommended to me by a friend whom spent an hour digging before giving up and taking my money.  Told me he couldn't find the line and to get someone else who can locate it by sonar, etc!?
I spoke with Matt B at Action Septic and he came over as soon as possible because my house had no water.  He was able to locate the break in the line which was over five feet deep and less than a foot away from the front of our house.  He excavated within inches of brick and window, repaired the line, and spent the time to fill it all back in nice and level.  He spent hours into the night working on the job and never gave up like the previous plumber.  Matt was very nice and got the job done right.  I recommend him for anything related to underground plumbing including of course septic tank systems.

    Clean Septic LLC
Steve was very prompt in responding to my request for a septic inspection at a home we are purchasing. He was able to complete the inspection in a timely manner, even being flexible through postponements due to seller issues. Since I couldn't be there, he relayed the results to me over the phone while he was on site and emailed the report to me that same evening. The seller texted me and said Steve was terrific. After we move in, we will call him for future septic needs. Thank you!

    A Flo Free Septic
After a diagnosis and quote of $630 from Mr. Plumber on Friday, we called A-Flo Free Septic Friday evening and Mike offered to come out on Saturday at a much more reasonable cost than provided by other plumbers.  In the interim, my husband removed the toilet and snaked the line.  Plus, we poured several pots of hot water in the pipes.  By the time Mike arrived on Saturday afternoon, the blockage had resolved itself.  I was pleasantly surprised when Mike said he would not charge us anything for the visit if he didn't do any work.  I believe that most plumbers would have charged a significant fee for just showing up on Saturday.
Although the clog was no longer an issue, the bathroom was still torn apart, so we asked Mike to reset the toilet.  We also asked him to look at another toilet in the house that was removed when we replaced some tile.  He also looked at an issue with the water filtration faucet in the kitchen.  Mike advised us about the parts required for the other repairs.  After we pick up these items, we plan to call Mike to install them.  We would definitely use him in the future.

    Bowen's Septic & Environmental Services
Our front yard had developed trenches. We found out that our septic chambers were collapsing. Bowen pulled all permits and started digging up our front yard. They were very good about staying off of the areas they didn't need to be in order to preserve some of our grass. They installed all new chambers, pump and alarm in 3 days. Hopefully we won't need them again but if we have any septic problems we will be using Bowen again.

    Septic Service Pro
Excellent. All the other providers suggested we tear up the yard and add onto our existing septic field (a 12 to 20K project depending on who we talked to). Jim worked to really understand what was causing our problem, then he fixed it...for only $4,000. I would recommend him in a heart beat. He was professional, thorough, and most importantly, trust worthy!

    Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup
They ripped me off for about $3500 when I was out of town and they ripped my wife also for about $3500. They put in chemicals and pressurized and doing bunch of other crap that did not need to be done and did not do anything to fix the problem. They made a sound like that this could fix the problem. A month later, I had the same problem again. I will never use them again.
