Manny was great. Quickly assessed issue and fixed. Recommended a couple of reasonable upgrades or enhancements. I declined (it was my daughters house and I was acting as if I fixed door and did not want to tip her off) and Manny did not overly push. He fixed the issue at a very reasonable cost. Did not try to pile on the extras they normally do. And on top of that was a great guy. Office then followed up that afternoon to make sure everything was satisfactory. And it was.- John N.

Fortunately he worked with me and gave me a deal since was double amount of locks that I though would be. Willie installed all and got locks matching to my other new existing door handle lock/keys. BSandy Springs Locksmith��At first there was a miscommunication from dispatch to the actual installer not getting my appointment as agreed and then my entire order correct (a replacement not a repair) So he had to come out again and I ended up spending more than I should have but it is not his fault. Be sure to make dispatch repeat your request a few times to make sure she understands your needs! I paid a total of $480.00 for one deadbolt lock since I had to pay for two outings and a lock repair that I did not request in the first place.- Dorene M.
