    BCM London Inc
I dont know even where to begin with this review of BCM. My husband and I are absolutely overjoyed with the work they did for us! This is a family business and we felt like family the way we were treated - they wanted to do their best for us and thats exactly what we got: their very best. Each team that handled a different aspect of our project were craftspeople with honed skills and attention to detail. As our project involved disability adaptations, some of the work requested was unique. BCM handled it all and handed us a reno we could only dream of. For anyone considering renovations of any kind, do yourselves a favor and meet with them. They are special. They are professional. They are high quality. You wont be disappointed.

    The Painting Company
Painting team arrived at the time they stated. They carefully protected all furniture and flooring before painting. Paint job was excellent and after clean-up there was no evidence of sloppiness or poor workmanship. Pricing was very reasonable, especially for the professional approach the Painting Company presented. We would definitely call them for another painting need.

    Space Solutions
Well initially we had a plan that they helped fit into the inch and after some adjustments we made it and even though few parts were mismatched they manage to provide extras at no cost. cabinets were and still beautiful being the best kitchen literally of our neighborhood and affordable. The installation was precise an Victor was very supportive despite our changing mind in design. Awesome work and my wife Noemi and myself every time we step into the house after work we say always Wow. And spending time with our friends and family we all have the wow sensation while enjoying the best kitchen ever we could imagen. Thanks to all participants.

    The Painting Company
They charged over $5500 painting the exterior of my 2400 sq ft home and the results are shoddy. And for the interior I paid $3400 and results were bad. Hiring them was a mistake, do not be fooled with reviews. The sales people and project managers are the only employees this company has and they promise the world to you. The rest of the crew are subcontractors who do not speak or understand english and don't go by the contract. After a job finishes there are no reviews by the managers, I had to personally go over everything and then call the manager. I have a bay window on the front of the house with lots of rot and they supposedly fixed it, but after a year the whole thing is falling apart and letting water into the house. They painted over dirt, spider webs, old paint and did bad caulking, where most of the caulking is coming off now.

    Kade Homes & Renovations
It was amazing. This is the third time I hired Kade. They are on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. All construction has problems. Dan, Travis and Camile are AMAZING at handling problems, not hiding them, and coming up with a solution. My project was finished months ago, but my towel rack kept coming loose. Travis came and repaired it with no questions asked. This company is beyond professional and provides a VERY detailed plan and invoice. I will be using them again.

    Drywall Repair & Interior Painting
I am beyond satisfied! Rodo and Adriz exceeded my expectations. They were very professional, on time, paid attention to detail and did an excellent job for a fair price. I plan on hiring them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking tried and true professionalism and excellent quality work.

    J Lux Painting
I took photographs of the exterior of my home 2 days prior to the job being started. JLux arrived on time and completed the job with a crew of two men in 4 days time. Upon completion of the job and walk around inspection with JLux Owner, it appeared the quality of the job was acceptable and JLux was paid the full fee. A few days after the job ended, I noticed an awning that had been removed by the crew and replaced by the crew, was not re-installed properly and texted the Owner to please have someone return to re-install it properly, Owners text response was get your sons to fix it.(pictures of the improperly hanging awning after the job completed). Several more days later (approximately 7-10 days after job completion) a damaged area appeared at the lower right corner of a 2nd story dormer window that was not present prior to the job start and was not visable at the time of final inspection by homeowner/ JLux Owner when the final payment was made. I contacted JLux immediately to report the issue and asked him to return to my home and inspect this area. I was told he was out of the country, and that he had no liability to the damage. Upon further inspection of the damaged area, it appeared that the damage incurred was likely done by 2 man crew in order to get paint chips to match the paint (similar to what they had done on the rear of the house, removing a plank in order to match the paint, then repairing the plank). The only explanation of the damage suddenly appearing days after the final inspection is the crew likely taped over the damage they incurred and painted over the tape, and the rain that occurred several days after the job must have washed the painted tape away. There is no other explanation. The Owner himself was present at the final inspection and knows full well the damage was not visable. I find this not acceptable for a $3600 job, it is deceptive, dis-honest business practices. The Owner refused to fix the damage his Crew incurred and denies they touched the area in question on or around the dormer window. I found a handyman to replace the board and repaint the area (but I have retained the damaged board as evidence). The handyman charged me $200 to in essence repair the damage done by JLux Crew. I believe it would be fair for JLux to reimburse me for the $200 I had to pay to repair the damage to my home that JLux incurred, then covered up deceptively, its completely unethical business practices.

Derwin and his team were fantastic! I hired Derwin after another contractor had a bad start on a panel installation in my bathroom. Derwin came, offered a great price to finish the work the RIGHT way, and he did a fantastic job. His attention to detail and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I trusted him to get the job done and he absolutely, one hundred percent, came through. I've already scheduled him for another panel installation for my in-home theatre. He cares about quality. This day and age that can sometimes be a rare find.

Thank you so much. Another excellent job! My buyer was so happy with the quality of your work and attention to detail. You transformed that 3-story townhouse. It's amazing what a great paint job can do. We were all impressed with the drywall repairs you made as well. The drywall was smooth and showed no signs of the damage and cut-outs the previous owner had made for speakers, wires, etc. You and your father are such professionals and do such great work. As a real estate professional, it is so nice to have painters I can trust and recommend with confidence to my home buyers. Your work makes me look good too. Thanks again for another job well done!
