FTechnicare Carpet CleaningBEWARE! I used them once from Angie's List. Since then they have twice emailed me offers to have my carpet cleaned again. I once called and this time I emailed them back so I would have a written record. I said I wanted to do their offer on having my carpet cleaned. They quoted me a much higher price than the special. I asked why and they said my area was larger. When I asked what size area they covered and I measured it I should have been under but I said I would be happy if they did a smaller area to comply with their special. They kept telling me fine and scheduled me in but then raised the price again before confirming. I said I only wanted the special they offered me. The last email they sent told me they would put me on a waiting list if anyone cancelled and by the way they were going to charge me a fuel charge in addition to the special pricing. This is in addition to the fee they charge for using a credit card they imposed the first time. The bottom line is YOU CAN NOT GET THEIR SPECIAL PRICE!- Stuart S.

DZerorez AtlantaI was quoted a VERY good price and as we walked around the technician told me what he would be doing. Ex you need pretreat here and extra cleaning here. I had no idea that everything he pointed out would be costing me extra. Please know that they will NOT MOVE ANY FURNITURE not even an extremely light side chair which means in a bedroom you really don't get much carpet cleaned. When the carpets were dry I went and took a look and there were light streaks all over my carperts, Zerorez sent another tech out and I was told that if you have EVER had your carpets cleaned by anyone prior to them this is what you can expect. I gave up trying to get the customer service rep to call me back so I was out the cost of the cleaning and left with damaged carpet.- Robert P.

AThe Carpet Cleaning CompanyI was very pleased ultimately. Initially, it seemed that Derek was able to get 95% of the coffee and red earth stains out of the carpet using their Encapsulation Extraction Method but the next morning I saw soil by the back door and a few other places that apparently wicked up to the surface. The company was very accommodating to send Derek out again to see if he could remove that soil reappearance. Derek was able to get those spots out and I'm very pleased. ATechnicare Carpet CleaningWe first thought the spots might be from traffic wear, but they weren't consistent and connected. Technicare at first thought the same thing, but once Robert cleaned the areas of concern, the spots came out 100%. When he explained the cleaning process Technicare uses, it became apparent the spots may well have been my own doing from using a spot remover but not neutralizing it after application. The result is a darkening of the "cleaned" area that with professional attention is pretty easily removed. Other services have cleaned our carpets but no one bothered to offer the kind of insight Robert did so that in the future when we need to clean up a stain, we can attempt to do it better with less rebound staining occurring afterwards. We will definitely use Technicare again (hopefully Robert, specifically!) and we won't go as long between cleanings as we typically have. Could not be more pleased.- Stephen S.

I was given detailed explanations as to how to better take care of the white fabric on my sofas and given some cleaners to assist in further lightening existing water stains and future soils.
