    I had a very negative and disappointing experience. I was initially quoted $215 for the job. I asked the rep why it was so much lower than other quotes I'd received and was told something to the effect that they deal mostly with insurance companies and that keeps the overhead low. I was told I would get the same type of glass I had so I went with them. Mistake. They arrived promptly and the techs were very nice. However, when I took the car out later in the day I could see a pattern of black line throughout the glass. I told them about it, they apologized, and said they would order new glass from out of state because it should have looked just like the glass it was replacing. A couple of weeks later the tech came back out and replaced the glass for the 2nd time but even he immediately noticed the same defect. There was a visible pattern of dark lines throughout the glass. He said they would have to order the glass from the auto manufacturer and I thanked him. I also, very generously and without being asked, offered to help pitch in to offset some of the additional cost but never agreed to pay the full amount for them to get the glass I had been led to believe they were using from the outset. It appears the tech reported it to the company and assumed they were ordering the glass but I never heard another word. After some time, I called the number printed on the warranty which appears to be a main office and was told I'd get a local callback, which did not happen. I emailed them but again got no response. I finally wrote to the Better Business Bureau. After that, someone called and told me that they would charge me an additional $316 to get the right glass (or could again order from "out of state" at no charge but that had obviously not worked before). She insisted on getting my credit card info up front so I have to assume they had not taken any action to obtain the glass prior to the BBB complaint. The tech came out again today, over 6 weeks after the initial service visit, replaced the glass, and my card was charged the additional sum. So after offering me the lowest estimate I eventually paid them $531 to get the job done right. That was higher than all of the competitor estimates and I know that at least one of the lower bids specified using manufacturer glass. So it went very poorly in that the material used was not equal in quality or performance as it was supposed to be, I was inconvenienced by multiple installs and follow-up, and they took zero responsibility in sharing the additional cost of getting the correct materials for the job.

    The car arrived in pristine condition and on time. The driver was professional and friendly. My only concern was lack of communication once the car left the dealership. The dealership called me to tell me the car was picked up and then I heard nothing until a knock on the door from the driver of the transport truck. Since the car arrived within 24 hours of leaving MD, the communication part wasn't a big deal. On a longer cross country trip that would have been a concern. Overall very pleased and would definitely hire again

    We went in looking for a specific vehicle, they had it on the lot. The test ride was fine. The sales agent really did know to much about the vehicle. I was more so telling him things about it. We had agreed on the price but yet we were there for six hours. Waiting for the sales manager and waiting for finance people. It was just waiting for so long after we had agreed that we wanted the vehicle. We actually told them after four hours when you guys get every thing together call us. We want the vehicle, we have the down payment. When ever you guys get your stuff together give us a call and we will come back and we will sign the papers. The sales guy said ok, lets do that. We stud up and then the sales manager came back and said just a minute. Its only going to take just a few more minutes. I said are you sure just a few more minutes? He said yes, just a few more minutes. A few hours later we were still sitting there. You know my wife has hypoglycemia, she had an energy bar in her purse she hadn't eaten. We were starving. We want to go eat. We want this vehicle but you guys are making it tough. It was just ridiculous. Here's the price I want. The sales manager looked at it and said yeah ok. I said here's my trade in. I said here is what i want, and the sales manager went yeah ok. with in an hour after the test drive we were walking out of the door,

    When they looked at the car is was 80 dollars and then after they test drove it they gave me an estimate of 800 to 1200 dollars. Then once they got into it, it ballooned up to 2000. And then after they fixed it the same problem happened a couple of weeks later. We took it back to them. They actually charged me again to fix the problem because they go oh well its something different and they charged me another 1800 dollars. I said I'm not taking it back.

    I took my ford escape in. I had taken it to another shop and wanted to charge me two thousand dollars because the check engine light was on and it kept coming on and they had fixed it. Not at the other place. They said oh yeah, here is the issue.We can fix it for you. Six hundred dollars and I haven't had a problem since. Every thing for them is an A. I wouldn't take my car any where else.

    I have two-year free maintenance under the new car, so I don't pay anything for 2 years. It's all included in the price. I went in and bought a new car a year ago and I think I got a good deal. All they have done is a couple of oil changes. So I have no real knowledge of their service, but they have done what they are supposed to do. I have had a good experience. Basically, they are professional. They have kept a timely appointment. I have to go by appointments. The waiting time was reasonable.
