Add a screened-in porch

Everything went well. I wanted to have a nice screened porch on a limited budget, and Wayne was able to work with me to make it happen. I always felt like Wayne was up-front and fair about any costs. He kept me in the loop throughout the process so that I was aware of any trade-offs that would affect quality vs price. I was very pleased with the results.

Wayne installed a ''new'' stone patio off my front patch. He prepared area removed some pavement installed a drain & underpinned my patch & steps.

He explained what I needed. I chose the stone & had it delivered. About 3 day the work was done. Cleaned up the area. Very professional, punctual & knowledgable.

Wayne repaired termite damaged wall in my basement, stopped rain water from going under wall & cleaned up.

Renovation of residential property into commercial property in historic Buford GA, Supervised crew and dealt with routine offices during renovation.

Wayne was very professional and supervised a small crew of men. He used time wisely and was always in contact to give updates. Not matter the weather, he kept it going.

Wayne is a good and knowledgeble individual yet his pricing is over the top! We supplied several contractors including Wayne an itemized list of what was needed, detailed drawings, etc and after several days Wayne quoted $48,000 for an 430sq foot addition. Needless to say, we didnt use Wayne and went with another contractor named Dave Gordon who did a professional / top notch job and to our specifications for $27,500!!

He was prompt and professional yet his pricing is too high....

Tore out old cracked concrete patio & replaced with properly laid concrete. Secured deck posts. Built retaining wall with privacy wall above. Nice job professionally done.

Wayne was very professional and prompt. He kept to his contracted pricing and gave us even more than was contracted for. Would highly recommend this contractor!

Wayne tore down my old decaying deck and built a new deck that was almost twice the size of the old one, and haulded away the all of the old lumber, etc.

The experience was excellent overall. Not only was the price far less than anyone else my wife had talked to, but the deck itself completly exceeded my expectations as far as quality of workmanship, appearance and materials used. I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Wheeler again in the future and in fact I am planning to do so for some siding repair and exterior painting in the future.

Remodeled whole house. Put up hardiplank/painted the exterior/ demolition and reconstruction of walls in the interior/replaced all windows/replaced all most all doors/replaced porch columns and ceilings with stain bead board and beautiful trim work/repaired deck boards/helped with some landscaping/organized painting, plumbing, heating and air and electrical work.

Overall it was a pretty smooth operation. Wayne took great concern with his work every step of the way. He cares about every detail and wants the very best for you. He takes extra precaution to make sure all workers do the best job they can do. You CAN'T go wrong with him as your contractor!!

Completely remodeled and updated my home. Whole house, sheet rock repair, kitchen cabinets, paint, tile floor, carpet, new appliances, electrical, framing, plumbing, rock fireplace.

The process was very smooth and on time he was very honest. The estimate was free. He was very informational and let me know what the process of the remodeling would be. Everyone that worked on my house was great, I am very lucky to have found a contractor like this. I recommend them. Wayne Wheeler Const. Co. has a line of contractors and can remodel or build new home. He is a State of Ga. license General Contractor and Builder. Which I found out is Required in the State of Ga. starting July 1, 2008. I know this has a lot to do with the process of how well and pleased I was with the remodeling I had done.
