    We have been a participant in their annual preventive maintenance program for several years and it has been money well worth the cost. Not only has this program extended the life of our Trane unit above the normally expected life span for this unit, but now that we need to replace it, Mr. Mulder, the President of this company, personally involved himself in my search for a replacement system. In my experience, that is extremely unusual. His involvement was not just a quick comment, but an on-going involvement until we finally decided which unit to purchase. As we decided to purchase a system that Bay Area Heating and Cooling does not sell, they will probably not be providing maintenance for the next year. However, I want to make it abundantly clear that we will continue to remain in contact with Bay Area Heating and Cooling and will again purchase their preventive maintenance program as soon as the manufacturer maintenance support ends. This company (and specifically Mr. Mulder their president) has treated us with enviable courtesy and honesty. The Kramers, Tampa, Florida

    Cornerstone Air, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical
    We worked with two different Cornerstone Pros technicians - Neilsen for HVAC and Jerry for electrical - in 9/13/19. While the scope and effort was broader for HVAC, both Neilsen and Jerry identified and corrected unusual problems. They both did excellent work. Further, they both were true pros and great guys. Most important, their work fully satisfied the buyers, and our home closed yesterday. We highly recommended the new homeowners to engage Cornerstone, and we'll continue to be a happy Cornerstone in our new home (in the same town).

    Choice Home Warranty
    Horrible, they sent the rudest tech out my dad is the sweetest man ever and he was absolutely disgustingly rude to him. Not to mention they wanted to ship a part to get the work done which we live in FL and to wait 5-7 business days to get your AC fixed is suicide. They then let us get it fixed via our own AC guy and only cover $100!!!! The other company said they were gonna bill choice 6-1000 we got it done for $400 and they only reimbursed 100! Absolutely crazy I���m so unhappy with them I have a three year renewal and I am going to most likely cancel.

    James arrived very promptly, and was very courteous and professional. While he was beginning to gather information, we conversed about why I wanted to replace my unit, and I told him it has a refrigerant leak, requiring topping up it up every year. I told him how much the last company,Red Cap AC, charged me for 2llbs of 410a refrigerant - $272.00. He was aghast, and told me they charged $42 per pound, and he further asked if I had the system tested for the leak. It had been checked twice, but nothing could be found. He then asked if a dye test was done...I told him no. I then said to him - jokingly - that I did not really need to replace the system, that I could call them out to replace the refrigerant annually at that price, and it then it actually dawned on me that I could do that instead of replacing the system. I was shocked at his response - thinking he would be more interested in selling me new system, rather than repairing my old system. He asked if I wanted him to CHECK for the leak and fix it - he had a kit that could check for the leak and probably seal it/find the place it was leaking and they could go from there - cost $80.00. I told him that we can do that in six months time because the system had been 'topped up'. This to me shows honesty and integrity, and is the kind of company and people who lift others up, and not take them for every penny the can't afford. KUDOS, James - I really appreciate your time and honesty, and will from now on recommend Hot2Cold every time I hear people are in need of HVAC services.

    On a Saturday, I didn't expect a call back from leaving a message. Not only did I hear back from them in about an hour, but a terrific fella showed up in about an hour to address my dire AC need. He was courteous, affable and professional and he got the house cool again so I could get back to my regular routine. This is my 3rd encounter with I Care Air Care and it just gets better every time. They are great workers and they don't do a hard sell or make me feel like I'm being taken advantage of financially. They're straight-shooters and i will not hesitate to contact them again.

    Been using I Care Air Care for over 6 years now and have received nothing but A+ service. I have also used them for my rental property. Tim (the owner) is very knowledgable, responsive & professional and an extremely nice guy. I have had the same technician, Kleber, just about every time they came out. This is great, as it adds a layer of comfortability and trust. Kleber is well informed, polite and trustworthy. You never feel like they are trying to upsell you. These guys are great!!!

    The blower on the air conditioner would not shut off. My son had seen this company's trucks in the neighborhood and called them. Jason came out the same day and he replaced the relay board. I was very impressed with the same day service since it was still hot in October. He also checked out the duct work for us. The electric bill had been high and I was thinking the duct work may need to replace. Jason was very good about explaining the different aspects of handling the issues. I would recommend this company.

    My 98 YO Mom evaporated (really) 4 plastic brushes she boiled in water and forgot, causing smoke/soot damage over most the home. The AC would not cool for 24 hours, until the caregiver changed the air filter. Next day, I drove 892 miles to Mom's home as we expected major damage or at least an air duct issue. I called Hot 2 Cold and James responded in 3 hours. In less than 30 minutes, James evaluated the entire system, tested the ducts, added cleaning solution to the condenser drain, adjusted an exhaust vent, and determined the entire system was in good condition with many years remaining. James recommended no repairs and there was NO CHARGE for the service or the advice. I'm a future customer and will spread the word to the local HOA. I should add James earned an INTEGRITY grade of 100%.

    We just had our 18 year old Coleman packaged A/C replaced with a new Bryant packaged A/C in our modular home here in Zephyrhills Florida. The Service Advisor Scott that visited was efficient and to the point. As soon as we decided that the quote and equipment were satisfactory, we called and the installation was set up for the following day. Dale & P.J. arrived about 10 AM and replaced our unit. They were very informative and did a very good job all to our satisfaction. Special attention was paid to the water runoff so it would be put out to the grass and not run onto the cement pad where mildew would grow like our old system had been. They had to install a new air intake in the Florida room that would make the system more efficient. Even though there were some electric wires in the way, Dale managed to do the job professionally. The cleanup and attention to detail are much appreciated.
