    Full Force Pressure Washing
Very responsive and did a fantastic job on the gutters for Angie deal of $139. He actually cleaned the gutters by walking around on the roof. Where our lanai screen attaches to the roof gutter was especially full of debris due to the 2 hurricanes we've had in a year's time. He also took a photo of the lanai gutter to show the "after" view. We added our fairly long driveway and front walk cleaning. He again did a great job and charged $175; we added a $50 tip.

    Ken Wellman Co Inc
It went well. Ken came the day I called to give me an estimate. He worked with me to find shingles that matched most closely to our current roof. He arrived on time and completed the work in less than a day. So far I have been quite pleased.

Wes and his team are very easy to work with and the quality is top notch. I have hired them twice now for my gutter needs and also referred them to all of my neighbors.  Very quick and responsive when trying to get a quote and once you have decided to hire them they complete the work within a couple days!  I highly recommend this company!

    Citrus Contracting

From estimate to completion everything went very smooth!  They were extremely clean and concientious of nails and debris that could do damage to cars.  I was very pleased with all thier work and follow up.  I had worked in the service industry and citrus met and exceeded my expectations!!!!!!    The roof looks great and makes the house look so much better!

    I highly reccomend this contractor!

    Citrus Contracting

He, (Mr. Barniak) came to my home the following evening with a report of his findings and a written estimate detailing what Citrus Contracting recommended and the cost.  He informed me that since the leak started during the heavy storms in July that my homeowners insurance may cover replacing it less my deductible.  I called my insurance carrier right then and initiated a claim, gave them my information and why I was calling and then Mr. Barniak talked with them and took the burden from me completely,  He did everything that had to be done except choose the color of the shingles.  He also included in his estimate the repair of my living room ceiling and made all of the arrangements with the insurance and a painting contractor for those repairs.

After he got  the permits and whatever other preparations had to be done, the shingles were delivered on a Thursday afternoon, and at daylight on Friday the roofers promptly arrived and immediately went to work removing the old shingles.  I left for work and when I arrived home that afternoon I was amazed to see that the only evidence they had been there was the beautiful new roof was completed and the dumpster was still on the driveway awaiting removal.  I was very pleased with the look of my roof and even more pleased that my yard showed no sign of the work that had been done that day.  I had noticed the workers had laid out tarps all around the house and kept the old shingles and nails contained.  I am super pleased with the quality of work I recieved.
I would recommend Citrus Contracting to my family, friends and neighbors who are in need of a roof and want a company that provides professional quality workmanship.  I would also like to express my gratitude to Mr. Barniak for the remarkable service he provided.
I wish continued succes to this business.

    Sunshine State Seamless Gutters
Chuck came to the house, took measurements and gave me an immediate quote.  This was on April 24th.  After the initial visit by Chuck, I decided I wanted an additional area of the house fitted with gutters.  I emailed Beverley the diminisions and she quickly provided a quote.  She is very good about providing information and keeping you in-the-loop.  Because they are in such high demand, the work was not done until June 12th, but it was worth the wait.  Chris and his partner did excellent work!  Highly Recommend!!

    Solarshield Industries Inc
Overall, I am very satisfied with the work performed by Frank and his crew but I do have a few comments regarding managed expectations.
The contract specified that the estimated duration of the job would be 2-3 weeks.  I don?t recall the exact start but the end date was March 23rd.  Longer than 3 weeks.  Much of the delay was due to inclement weather.  This is where managed expectations came into play.  My expectation was that if the sun was shining, they would be working, but that was not the case.  With the exception of the last weekend of the job, they did not work weekends.  One week it rained Monday-Thursday.  On Friday, they worked until 3pm and returned Monday.  One worker said Frank didn?t want to pay overtime for weekend work.  I
got that.  Just don?t expect to see guys working on the weekend.

They did a good job of trying to protect plants around the house, but the weight of falling shingles will cause some damage.  We do not have elaborate landscaping so the fix was relatively minor, but if you have invested a lot in your plants, it?s something to consider.
The roof replacement was precipitated by a leak in the bedroom.  The original roof was 15 years old and starting to fail.  They
removed the old roof and applied the water barrier before leaving on Friday afternoon.  Ron assured me the roof was
?dried in.?  Well, big rain came on Saturday and I had a massive amount of water inside the bedroom.  Obviously, the roof was not water-tight.  I called Ron but there was little he could do; it was the weekend.
I have not received my adjusted insurance premiums yet, but the value of the house increased $30K.  This increase should make my premiums go up.  I will be interested to see how my premiums will be affected based on the durability of the roof, which should make premiums go down.
It is late May and I have not turned on the AC yet.  I can definitely tell a difference in the inside temperature.  I downloaded
a graph from my electricity provider comparing my energy usage year-over-year for March-May 2013 and 2014.  The graph
clearly shows that while the average daily temperature was HIGHER in 2014, the kilowatt hours was LOWER.  The energy
saving are real!  I chose a white roof to maximize reflectivity.

UPDATE:  I received my new annual insurance premium - A 35% decrease!  Since the work was completed, I have had two sub-contractors out to do various work.  Both have made favorable comments regarding the roof.  The gutter man said in this 13 years of installing gutters, he has never seen such high-quality workmanship.  Solarshield says their installers are metal craftsman.  I guess this is not just hype.

    DOMESTIC DESIGNS INC
Earlier this week, my husband called Domestic Designs, Inc. based on their high Angie's List rating. He explained in detail about the issues with our roof, which were gutter cleaning and minor leak repair around a couple roof pipe penetration flashing. We also wanted an inspection and assessment of any other work that needed to be done.
The fellow my husband spoke with said that would not be a problem and he would be at our home at 1:00 pm on Friday, May 2.
It is now 1:57 pm, my husband just called Domestic Designs, Inc. twice. The first time the connection at DD, Inc. hung up without taking a message, so he caled back again with no success. Right after he hung up, the fellow he spoke with earlier in the week called back and asked what he wanted. My husband identified himself and reminded him of the phone call he made earlier in the week.
The fellow then said that he was at the county court house doing paperwork and he would be at our place when he was finished. We had already rescheduled other appointments to wait for DD, Inc. to show up at 1:00 as arranged on Monday. If the fellow had an emergency or could not make the pre-set appointment, the courtesy of a phone call would have been professional.
My husband then asked him when he though he would get here, as we had to leave for our rescheduled appointments in Jax later this afternoon. The fellow then told my husband, 'that since you already called twice and are asking me when I am going to show up, go find someone else'.
We are retired business owners and would never treat a customer with this lack of consideration or respect. If the guy was having a bad day, don't take it out on a potential customer when they have rearranged their schedule to accommodate your visit and when you do not show up, without calling to inform the customer that 'something has come up and I'll be late, is that OK'.
Glad that he is not showing up, don't need someone with that attitude working around the house.
