  Referred by Appliance Specialist called , gave me price came out 2 days later. Called confirmed his appointment. Came out very friendly hooked up blow to vent started up, went out watch lint water come out of vent, came back in put back together. ( A bit expensive for blower, $60 would of been better use of my electric which I pay for to run blower 500 watt blower, ran 15-20 minutes)

  We just moved into a newly purchased home.  FCHP was an Angie's list selection because of the many high ratings they received.  I have (thus far) never been happier with a home services provider.  We engaged them first for the Cleaning of a Dryer Vent on Nov 17.  Sergio and Chris were thorough, professional, punctual, friendly and identified some issues that went beyond the routine cleaning and fixed them (specifically a ripped dryer exhaust hose).

  Later that same day we used FCHP's carpet shampoo services for several rooms in the house.  Isaiah and Paul were equally as professional.  Timely, careful, hard-working and did a great job with the carpet.   It looks as new as can be expected given that it is a light colored Berber carpet that is 9 years old.

  The previous homeowner had not left the house 'broom clean' so we engaged FCHP again for hourly cleaning services on Nov 19.  Jeannie and Celine continued the highly professional crews at FCHP.  They were on their knees cleaning baseboards and did a great job on getting the house ready for my wife and I to begin moving in furniture.  They called well in advance to let me know their arrival time and represented FCHP very well.

  Micah was in on Nov 18 to do an estimate for window cleaning.  As usual, he was on time, called in advance, was thorough, professional and gave me a detailed written estimate.  They are scheduled to do the cleaning on Dec 14.

  I can't say enough good things about this company.  What a pleasure to work with a one-stop shop for all cleaning services.  And I plan to use them to clean oriental carpets, a Spanish tile roof, and whatever else we need to keep the house in well-maintained condition.  This is absolutely a first rate company and it was a pleasure to know that the Angie's list reviews were consistent with their performance.

  I have been using Home Pros for several months. Bonnie has been here each time.  She calls about 20 minutes before arrival, gets right to work, and she and her partner get the job done quickly and well.
  
      I trust Bonnie to be here alone with my 2 dogs and know she will lock up when she leaves.  I have had her come several times when I was not here at all and the job is always done to my satisfaction.
  
     Home Pros is lucky to have Bonnie on their payroll and I am lucky I to be  on her schedule!

  The tech, Chad, was very friendly and personable. He worked quickly and efficiently and was understanding of me needing to leave while he did the cleaning. He got all the concerning spots out of the carpet. The service took about an hour from start to finish.

  It's great to hire someone who is dedicated to their job and is as punctual  as you would except.   Superior Carpet Care & Restoration

  Overall, did a pretty good job.  Could not remove all the stains from the chair (blood, etc.) but it wasn't for lack of effort.  The cushions were clean, but had water spots from previous cleaning attempts.  Again, he tried to make them look new, but there was only marginal improvement.  I guess you have to keep your expectations reasonable.  For the price, I was satisfied.  But had I paid much more, I would have expected more.
