    L&Y Home Improvement Services LLC
Lisa was very easy to work with. We hired them to remove gravel/rock from our yard and deliver/spread soil. Her team exceeded our expectations and were very fair in their pricing. They were able to start the project quickly and finished quickly as well. Everything was cleaned up when they left. She made accommodations for us and made recommendations to help out with the project. She was always available for questions or phone calls/texts, was quick to respond, and constantly kept us updated with pictures along the way. I will be using her and her team again.

    Ron Hodges Inc
Ron had all the equipment and tools to knock the job out quickly amd safely. He was professional and took extra care not to damage the surrounding home and children's playset. He was the lowest price full service quote and did a better job than I would have expected had I paid for the higher priced quotes. There ended up being a perimeter concrete beam in the slab that he did not charge extra for even though it made the agrred upon job more difficult. Being a contractor, that opportunity is usually what other contractors like to see because it means more money (Change Order). Ron just got out his 14" cutoff saw, cut through the rebar, and continued on. Great work and will call again if I need concrete demo on future projects.

    The Sunbelt Tree Service LLC
Tim was excellent to work with - everything done as agreed, with no surprises.  Knowledgeable crew with good equipment and professional conduct.  Tim was also very helpful to me in followup work that was necessary for our building project.  He made himself easily available and communicated well.   Highly recommended.

    Mini Dump It
We had an excellent experience with Mini-Dump It. From our very first contact, Bill explained everything to me, including a very fair pricing policy which meant we didn't need to guess which tier of pricing we needed ahead of time, instead, if would all be computed based on our final dump weight. Bill also gave us a very fair price on an extended rental, given that we were renting during the off-season.  The trailer was great, it did no damage to our driveway and was easy to access and load. Bill also was able to come out early to pick up the trailer, as a huge winter storm was heading in and we didn't want to pay to dump snow.  We greatly appreciated his flexibility and would definitely recommend them!

    Start Moving
The moving went well, but it took a lot longer than the hours I purchased, which I was informed of.  The guys were very professional and moved quickly, but I guess I had a lot more than I thought!

    Eby's Landscape Inc
Day one started with the removal of the saw palmetto's and old plants by Matt and his helper removing the other plants. These were piled between the side walk and the street for pickup the next day with a truck and lift bucket. Various limbs were removed from trees.
Day two fill dirt was added where needed and sod started to be laid. New bed areas were cleaned and readied for plants and sod laid outlining those beds. Also at this time irrigation lines were checked and repaired as needed before plants were planted. Matt performed all repairs as we found them.
Day three plants were placed in there appropriate spots and planted. Irrigation lines were again checked and heads moved or adjusted for the new plants. All beds were mulched. Ran a little short on mulch which Matt picked up on Monday  and finished the job.
Matt addressed all my concerns and provided me with the information for this project. He is a pleasure to work with and was very responsive to my calls. I would highly recommend Eby's Landscaping for any job large or small. I will be calling Matt in the spring for another project.

Handy Man Charlies Home & Office Repair & Haul
A ceiling fan that was installed in our house long before we bought it decided to go kaput.  We needed it fixed within a specific time frame for an upcoming family event.  We called Charlie on a holiday weekend to set up the appointment and he and his assistant Michelle offered to come by the same day.  We took him up on his offer.  We had already purchased the new fan and a downrod and realized after Charlie installed both items, that the downrod was a bit too long for our vaulted ceiling.  We were disappointed in our mistake.
Charlie offered to come back the next day after he picked up a new downrod and dimmer switch at Lowe's.  The dimmer switch was an improvement Charlie suggested and we agreed.  He removed the fan again, replaced the downrod, then reinstalled (again), installed a new dimmer switch and fixed an outlet that was not working properly on the other side of the room.  Charlie was quick, efficient, and went above and beyond our expectations.  We would definitely use his services again.

Handy Man Charlies Home & Office Repair & Haul
Charlie set up the appointment in a quick fashion, he failed to mention to me that my residence was outside of his 25 mile service rating. They arrived late to the appointment but he did call. The ad seemed to state that the price was for 4 cubic yards of hauling but he arrived in a pick up. The average pick up is somewhere between 2-3 cubic yards. I asked him about the items to be hauled before he ever began work. I wanted to make sure he felt comfortable moving them in his truck. He said no problem. After he had loaded 2/3 of the items he was mumbling I should read the coupon. I asked what the issue was, he was bothered he had driven over 25 miles and the load was over the size the coupon gave. I had asked before he began if this would be a problem, apparently the problem came after the fact. I wanted to be fair so I asked if I needed to pay him more money. I was willing to pay if that was what would be fair. Charlie then told me that the entire 100.00 on the coupon went to Angie's List, he only received advertising from it, since my load was larger than normal and he had traveled over 25 miles I needed to pay his entire 225.00 price fee. So a coupon that was to cost me 100.00 for 4 cubic yards of hauling ended up costing me 325.00 for approximately 3 cubic yards

Handy Man Charlies Home & Office Repair & Haul
Charlie removed a very large upright freezer from my garage that had been frozen shut for several years.  It was a huge and messy job since the freezer was full of food that was completely encased in ice.  He drug it out of the garage, had to defrost it in order to lighten the load, then hauled it away.  I never could have done this myself.  He also took a couple of chairs but the big job was the freezer.

    Joe McGrady Excavating
I contacted several companies for estimates on the removal of my swimming pool.  Joe McGrady was by far the most proffessional, punctual and most competent contractor that I reviewed.  His communication before during and after the job was excellent.  He continually provided updates as the job progressed and any time that I called with a question my calls were either immediately or very promptly returned.  Joe went above and beyond the requirements of the job performing many extra items that were not in the written scope to keep the project moving.  This was a fairly difficult pool removal due to having a section of the pool too close to the columns in our porch.  Joe treated this item meticulously and his experience and expertice shined in his handling of the situation.  Joe's estimate and pricing were very fair.  He was clearly the most knowledgable contractor that I had bid in the area of pool removal.  I had many swimming pool contractors bid on the job that did not have much of a clue.  Joe understood every aspect of the job and and provided a very fair and accurate estimate.   Joe's work ethic was amazing and he performed the job precisely as planned and completed on time. The pool was removed completely, all of the debris was hauled away.  The clean fill was restored, compacted and graded perfectly for the additon of a paver patio.  It was an outstanding job from begging to end.  I highly recommend Joe McGrady for pool removal jobs.  He is absolutely the best in town.
