Work was performed replacing several screen panels. Less than two month later, one screen developed a small hole. I called the company and they said there had been a hail storm since my repair and they would not warranty any repairs. As the owner of a multi-million dollar business, the proper response should have been, there was a hail storm since your repair so we cannot warranty the repair, but will be happy to repair it at 20% off or at our cost. This would have retained me as a future customer. But, now I will tell my friends and neighbors to avoid this company.

We called Bud Mudd when our pool pump burned out. Due to some issues regarding the ground wire we had three different people that came at three different times and things got a little mixed up. They suggested a 3/4 hp for our needs and they were right. The pool is functioning beautifully. Perhaps due to all the different people involved there was some misunderstanding regarding our bill. In the end the price was adjusted and we were happy with the result.

Fantastic. I would, am, totally recommending Allmysons Aluminum for your needs. They kept in touch regularly. I scheduled this work before Irma and there was additional damage from that storm. Allmysons was here with just a minor delay in the schedule due to emergencies from the storm. Regular communication, professional staff, top quality work, on time, no messing about, total clean up afterwards. They are the best.

I discontinued services with Pool Services of Centra Florida, after the following incident occurred. (I believe that the real test of professionalism is how a company responds in a crisis situation.) After the recent hurricane, we spent about two hours removing debris from our pool to assist the pool tech before our service date. No one appeared on the date scheduled ( four days after the hurricane) and we let it go, thinking that they may have been running behind, but disappointed that no one had called us. The next day, my wife callled the company and was told that the pool tech would be there that day. He did appear, cleaned about half the pool and then left without any explanation. I contacted the company and left a message that we were not happy with the situation as they had not finished their job and did not give us any indication of what they were planning to do. ( My wife said she thought that the tech had only been here about fifteen minutes.) Leeann (One of the owners) left me a message, repeatedly saying, " I don't know if you realize we just had a hurricane." I left a message stating that of course I realized that we had just experienced a hurricane but that we needed better communication from them as the pool cleaning was not completed and I had no idea hoe this was going to be taken care of. A couple of hours later, I received a call from the other owner of the company He immediately sounded extremely aggressive and hostile, asking me "What is the problem?" "You have three minutes." I asked him twice to lower his voice. He actually said, "Your wife lied to you!! "Your wife lied to you!!." , in that the pool tech had been at our home for forty-five minutes, and not fifteen as she had believed. He was so angry and unprofessional that I finally discontinued the call. Of course if there is a hurricane, I would expect some issues with pool service. What the owners failed to understand is that they are still responsible for completing work that they are being paid for and sometimes , as business owners, things happen and we have to work harder than we would normally have to. It is a false equivalency to assume that the person who is paying for a service has as much responsibility as the person being paid to fix whatever is wrong. ( I am a small business owner too.) I would have been more than happy to work something out with the company in regards to giving them some extra time , for example. However, they were so busy being defensive they did not allow for this process to occur. Their communication was sorely lacking. I contacted several other pool companies who told me that they would never leave a job half completed without communication to the owner as to what the next step was. It was suggested that this company has become too large and has kept too small an infrastructure to support it. No wonder they sounded overwhelmed. I now have a new pool service ( at a lower monthy cost.) so, I guess it all worked out for the best.

Originally they were only going to replace existing screen room 1st so they could measure acuratly for the rest of the enclosure to include the pool. 1 of the guy had to leave and get something and a gust of wind came up and took the rod up and slammed it down. So they actually replaced our screen room roof as well and no charge. I was pleasently surprised.

They have done an excellent job and we have had the same service specialist for most of this time. They pay attention to not only the cleanliness aspects but the condition of the equipment and it effectiveness.

We were very pleased with All My Sons Aluminum. Jim and his sons were prompt, professional, and on schedule. They don't take short-cuts; rather, they pay attention to details and it shows, because our pool enclosure looks terrific. We highly recommend this company!

I had my pool resurfaced in April 2015.  About 14 months later I began seeing a dark spot (about 18 inches in diameter) and very evident color variations.  Blue Horizons was quick to respond when I inquired about the problem.  Without charge, they performed an acid wash to the pool.  This required about 25 gallons of muriatic acid and subsequently putting significant amounts of alkalinity to reestablish the proper pH level.  The process took over a week with daily visits to monitor and service the pool.  I am pleased with the outcome...the variations in surface color are now minor and much more acceptable.  I commend Blue Horizons for their responsiveness.  The company exemplifies honesty and integrity.  I would not hesitate to use their services in the future or recommend them to others.

I apologize for the late review.  I have been in contact with All Phase Pool Remodeling company and American SPS company located in Altmamonte Springs since the work was done.  I would alert customers to NOT use either of these companies.  They DO NOT stand behind their work and it is NOT customer friendly.  As of today May 11, 2016 I have made numerous calls over the past two weeks to American SPS and have NO response. (Their voice message states "your call is very important to us and someone will respond by the end of the day".  I haven't heard from them in two weeks.  Additionally my pool service company has been calling for over two weeks and have received NO response.  I am faced with replacing their salt system with reputable brand such as Hayward, etc.  I beg you folks out there to NOT use either of these companies.  They DO NOT stand behind their work and they work with substandard contractors.  Save yourself lots of money!

This is not the first pool we built so we had some experience with the process. Although I had nothing bad to say about our first pool builder many years ago, we wanted to see what other pool builders had to offer, so we interviewed various pool companies.

Our first encounter was with Brad Chambers, who we immediately connected with and understood our vision from the beginning. Brad helped us design our dream pool and stuck with us through the long process of getting all of the proper approvals before we could start. His patience and creativity was more than we could ask for. Needless to say, Brad was the reason why we chose Atlas. His honesty, ethical business approach, and consideration towards our pool design wishes were highly appreciated.

Our construction manager was Gator McNeil, who was on top of all of contractors to ensure our pool was built on a timely manner. He was always prompt to answer my (many) questions and concerns. The entire process was as smooth as it could be for a project this size.

Scott was our pool school staff and he was friendly and professional when giving us instructions on how to manage the pool and its features. I love the pool app, very cool! We didn't have that technology with our last pool.

The pool turned out amazing. We absolutely love it. We are already receiving so many compliments from our neighbors, family and friends! We are looking forward many years of fun in it.

Thank you for an excellent service. Your team was exceptional, keep up the good work.
