Well. They were quick to respond, scheduled a time to come out that was within a few days. The drawings and plans were delivered as promised. The cost wasnt outrageous and there were no surprises. Any questions during the construction were answered promptly. It was a very good experience.

I requested service through their website. Got a call back the next day and appointment the day after. Richard and his son showed up and fixed the problem on the spot for a reasonable price. Thank you for your service! Christine

We could not be more pleased! All aspects of the work were professionally managed and the highest standards of quality maintained. We are constantly complemented about how beautiful the work on our house turned out. We absolutely love our home.

In addition to gross incompetence, unprofessional and abusive behavior and the inability to complete the job as bid, he stole material that we paid for, used old parts while charging us for new, didn't pull permits as requested, improperly laid the tile shower and floor, purchased incorrect material.

the job was supposed to take 90 to 120 days and all in was over 240 days. Every day was a new adventure in trying to work with a contractor who was arrogant, self centered, and hated women. The pool finish was second rate, the pergola roof leaks, along with numerous things that were poorly finished. The only good thing was the painter who did quality work and is still on our list of good workmen.

Harry was prompt, professional and very good at trouble shooting and problem solving the difficult issues our additions involved.  He personally supervised all members of his crew but did most of the work himself.  We didn't have to worry about passing any of the inspections of the work that HR Contractors completed. No job was too big or too small for HR Contractors.  If they couldn't do it they were resourceful in finding someone that could.  Honest and fair.  A+ work and work ethic.  Highly recommend.

We tired of our 20 year old dated tile floors and kitchen so decided to upgrade and repaint the whole house. Once design criteria were established, Rob Smith directed the entire project from start to finish. He arranged for help moving furniture and setting up a and quot;cleanand quot; living area in the master BR away from the inevitable dust (note to self - move out next time!). He hired day labor for demolition and sub-contracted the plumbing, electrical, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, finish carpentry, and paint.

At first we weren't sure he could deliver on his promise to complete the entire project in 2 weeks, but were amazed at his ability to coordinate and problem solve. He was there every single day in one capacity or another - whether supervising a sub-contractor, or helping and supervising demolition work. Nothing escaped his attention to detail.

The first 2-3 days were interior demolition - removing old tile flooring (kitchen, LR, Den, Hallways, laundry room and guest bath), removing all countertops, appliances and old light fixtures. After debris was cleared and the area was cleaned (we filled a full sized dumpster), things really got intense as he choreographed subs working on countertops, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and flooring in sequence. Frankly, I don't know how Rob kept everyone's schedules straight, but he did, and most importantly kept them ON schedule, to boot.

While the interior work was going on he arranged for painters to clean and prime the exterior of the house. They discovered unexpected wood rot and, without skipping a beat, Rob arranged for a carpenter to repair it all within 2 days so the painters could stay on schedule.

Most of the work was finished within 10 days. This included installing the new wood flooring everywhere there had been tile, new light fixtures in several areas, new kitchen and laundry countertops (with new sinks), covering and repairing old light fixture drywall locations, rewiring for new appliances, etc. Leaving the final few days to the finish carpenters, appliance installers, drywall repair and painters. Everything was done to our satisfaction (if fact, better than we expected) on schedule and on budget. Most impressive job supervision...
