ACarol Services LLCCarol Services did an excellent job at installing a luxury vinyl floor in our house. The owner, John, was honest and straightforward about options and costs, which seemed reasonable to us. We particularly appreciate that they took on a job that had been stopped soon after its kickoff, as help from flooring specialists was really needed. The installation crew led by Raul did a great job at removing old carpet, leveling the concrete floor, installing the luxury vinyl floor plus new baseboards and kitchen toe kicks and cleaning up. The crew members were very punctual, professional and among the most hard-working people that we've ever seen, covering around 1,500 sq ft of a complicated layout in less than 3 days. They helped us to move heavy appliances back to the kitchen when the job was completed although that was not required by the work agreement. The new floor looks awesome. My wife and I strongly recommend Carol Services to anyone interested in having a new floor professionally installed.- Ruben R.

She responded quickly to my quote request and had her crew out to complete the project within a couple of days. Very reasonable pricing and she laid out a timeline for the work to be done, all went according to plan with no hidden costs or delays. Tile installation is no easy task and really needs to be done right to avoid problems later. You can see the quality of their work and they really do know their trade. Achuck harrow came to the house on sat 21st assessed the floor's damaged. chuck then shared his professional plan for repair and added a contract list of the necessary steps for completion and cost chuck also informed that he had to consult with installers for scheduling. we're looking forward to continuing our plan with chuck. Amy called referred by chuck. Amy said they would be coming Monday 3-30-2020 at 10am. we're looking forward to their arrival! we'll see. Amy and Mario arrived and repaired the damage

AI've been looking for a new renovation guy since my last one retired and I have found him! T&R has an office in Miami and Orlando. Raul Torres is my man in Orlando. We needed him to install a hardwood stairway (a job left undone by a previous contractor) which was a difficult install with a curved landing. They also demo'd a half bath and installed ceramic tile there. Dry Wall repair was done where we removed fixtures, base boards replaced and the room was painted. Excellent work and great people.
