    We have been using Zembower's for about 25 years and wouldn't go anywhere else They are honest, fair, and trust worthy. They stand behind their work. Not the cheapest but we know it will be done right.

    I called the shop and explained I have a 3rd party warranty and an AC issue. Their inclination on the phone is "no problem bring it in and we will take a look at it". I brought my car in for diagnostics only. I was not informed there would be a charge for this service. They called me to inform me that my issue was not covered under the warranty and would cost me nearly $2000.00. I advised I would be unable to pay that at this time. They took it upon themselves to complete other things and charge me nearly $200.00 for services I did not authorize during "diagnostics". I wouldn't get my car fixed here ever. Shady crooks.

    This is my second experience with Mike and just like the first time I had a wonderful experience. He diagnosed the location of the leak ordered the parts and I was back on the road in less that 24 hours. I have had work done by Mike before that I was very pleased with and this time was exactly the same. If you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic, give Mike a call.

    Mike was very helpful right from the start. He was very fast at diagnosing the problem and had the necessary parts within 1 day. I needed a high pressure fuel pump as well as a high pressure sensor. As soon as the parts came in, he had installed everything the same day and my car was ready and ran great again. Im so glad to have finally found an honest mechanic as I have lived in Orlando for 6 years with no luck until now. I would definitely recommend Mike Phillips to anyone!

    Very good service and atmosphere. Not your usual repair shop. They specialize in Saabs and Volvos but do work on other makes as well. Others in the waiting room are very amiable and love this shop. We are very impressed and happy with the results. Very trustworthy and won't jump to conclusions or try to talk you into anything you don't need. More of a "wait and see" attitude, which I appreciate.

    They usually do a check over of my car and let me know what to fixes look forward to in the upcoming future. However, this time I didn't get the caution notice and was just told things have failed. 

    I have always had a good experience until now, I feel taken advantage of. I gave them an F overall, but it wasn't for the service done but the overall experience of what had happened.

    The service was good. As far as car dealerships go they are a great place to buy and service a car. It has been a good experience overall. Sometimes working with automobiles can be just a challenge in general.

    The first time everything went so smooth. Great curb side customer service. Great workmanship and great turnaround time. The second time: drop off was smooth. Was told turnaround time of 4 days. It took them 8. Due to needing approval of new bumper by insurance company. Not their fault but the communication of that was poor as I had to call them daily to find out when it would be ready. Was called and told my car was ready for pick up. Showed up, signed papers, and was told it would be driven around to me. An hour later it showed up. When it finally showed up the rear bumper was not aligned and sticking out. I pointed out to the driver who decide it was best to use his fist to try to push it in. They took my car back into the garage when his fist method did not work. 30 minutes later it came back all fixed.

    Cech Bros Volvo Specialist



    Don't we all miss the previous Cech Brothers where there was no question of whether the work would be done correctly, or that our Volvos would be in great caring hands? Times have drastically changed folks. The caring hands are gone, and if your Volvo is wrecked by their driver, while in their care, they expect you to repair it. I was told today that this is in fine print in all their work orders. DO NOT SIGN ANY WORK ORDERS, CONTRACTS with CECH BROTHERS VOLVO SPECIALIST WRECKERS. Evidently they have no insurance to cover their drivers, your Volvo, or their business. Unbelievable.
