ARick Ricker Termite & Pest Control IncOur detached garage was being consumed. I called someone else first that we had used before for something else. They came out, looked at it and then didn't call me back. It was kind of a problem because of its proximity to our well and I guess he didn't want a challenge. Anyway, Rick Ricker handled it, no problems since, and we have a regular checkup every year on our buildings. They have also come and handled an extra stubborn ant problem that resisted my own efforts. That was managed well too.- Melliny L.

AEddie has been a like saver at StorQuest Tampa/Manhattan at 5002 S. Manhattan Ave. account # 13348. We had wasp nests everywhere along eaves, unit doors, and outside office. We also had mice and rats leaving droppings. We have 560 units; many of them with outside garage doors. None of the outside units, his responsibility, has reported a problem since a month or so after he started taking care of us! 4 THUMBS UP from Yolanda and Cat at StorQuest Tampa/Manhattan and 5 (or the highest) STARS!!!!

FThe person never showed up, never called, never followed up. I had a scheduled appointment through the phone. I had asked to text me ahead of time because doorbell does not work. We confirmed my phone number and the appointment date and time. When the day came, I took of from 8am to 12pm (the time they were to show up) and nothing. I am absolutely certain they have my correct information because they called me back from my initial call. No excuses. Very frustrated and will not attempt to use them again.
