James and Yole completed the team. Work started 11/18, completed 11/20. Showed up on time. Did an excellent job. Polite, organized, neat. Cleaned up 100%. Would recommend Pestwise. AReasonable price (right in the range, not too high, not to low (occasionally a red flag, and my job was a bit unusual) and available, flexible, prompt, friendly, timely, reliable, quick (amazed) covered up valuables, cleaned up in 90 minutes, and,..whoosh…gone. ATodd Fries was a fantastic rep for Shingle Masters. He thoroughly explained their whole process, was punctual with being on time for the original estimate, followed up with us up to signing the deal, and continued to follow up after the job was done. The craftsmanship by the roofers, themselves, was impeccable. Showing up so early the day of the re-roof and somehow managing to finish it in ONE DAY was remarkable. Cannot recommend Shingle Masters enough. Surpassed all of our expectations!!

FThe tech, (Glen, BEWARE), told me that I needed a new capacitor. The unit was only 4 year old, it would have been covered under warranty. He said the voltage was low and he new the AC was only 4 years old and all new AC's come with a 10 year parts warranty. The Capacitor either works or it does not. MY BAD for not checking. Then he charged me $155. I am ****** OFF. Then he must have accidently, ( I hope), knocked the pvc drain off the connection in the handler and it caused it to cycle, (turn on and off). I had to call them back 2 times and they did NOT check the drain or the float shut off in both of those service rechecks. It took Duke Energy to come out and find the problem. It was NOT low voltage wiring like AR tried to tell me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING, TOTAL RIPOFF. F'N BS. The same service person, GLEN, ripped my son off as well, sold him a new ac unit that did NOT need to be replaced. BEWARE OF AIR RESCUE!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE OR BUY FROM THEM, BAD, BAD , BAD jON/SEMINOLE FL
