FJB LOCK AND KEYI would never recommend this company to anyone. The service guy would not give me a straight price when I asked him how much it would cost to remove and install a new lock. I was locked out of my home and desperate to get in. He charged $200.00 to remove the broken lock. I paid it out of feeling of desperation, but felt that this was price gouging. He wanted to charge me another $100.00 or more to install a new simple lock of my own, and I said "No". Don't call this company. They will quote you a low price of $59.00 and then price gouge you. They never return calls.- MARY U.

AThey showed up when scheduled and fixed the window. The whole repair was pretty quick. After getting a few quotes, I felt their pricing was very fair. I also had a hard time finding many companies that do window repair, without just replacing the whole window (for a lot more money). I was happy to find H & W could actually do window repairs and not just new installs.
