    ESW Home Inspections, LLC
I would highly recommend Eric from ESW Home Inspections. Hes very thorough in his inspections and found something our previous inspector from another company missed. The customer service was outstanding and the pricing was fair and reasonable. I would definitely use Eric for any of my future home purchases.

    Home Pride Inspection Services, Inc.
Dominic came to the home on time, and conducted a two-hour, detailed inspection of the property from stem to stern. He counseled us about warning areas, made clear the different severity of issues he identified, and gave overall advice on when system components may need to be replaced. He also pointed out a potential liability issue and strongly recommended that we repair as soon as possible. Dominic was more than thorough, he was also caring, in that he communicated as much knowledge as possible to us so that we would know exactly what we were taking on. The reports were detailed and professionally written and formatted. Dominic is a consummate professional, and we would hire him again for any home inspection.

    Grant Inspection Services
We had a wind mitigation done quickly because our insurance company dropped us and the new one demanded it. It was scheduled on a Thursday and he came out on a Friday. It was quick and he was very personable. I highly recommend them!

    Central Inspections Agency LLC
Excellent. Dale Reppy was on time and extremely professional. He came in the morning to inspect our house and we had the report by that same afternoon! Our insurance company responded and we ended up saving a lot of money! I highly recommend Central Inspections Agency.

Karen was amazing, she helped me schedule and worked with both agents to get access to the property. I could have sat back and she would have taken care of everything for me. This was wonderful because usually during a real estate transaction you are spinning your wheels in all directions. Bill was my home inspector he called me right after he left the property and mentioned the concerns which was wonderful I was able to ask him questions - very knowledgeable by the way! A couple hours later (less than 24 hours) received a very thorough report with all the concerns and clear pictures, Bill and I had discussed earlier. I now have peace of mind of the decision we have taken for this investment and it is all thanks to this inspection. Thank you!

My wife and I recently purchased a new home, which was also a new construction. We debated using an inspector of our own - as a new construction undergoes several inspections and should be in complete working order right from the start, right? I decided to call a few different inspectors, and was turned off by most I spoke to ... except Paul. My first call to PJM, Paul stayed on the phone with me for almost 20 minutes. He wasn't asking for my business. He took his time explaining what an inspector does, certain findings he has had, advising me to 'shop around' until I found the right inspector for me. My wife and I are big advocates for communication; and needless to say, we were both immediately impressed with the first impression we received from PJM. We decided to pull the trigger and hire Paul as our inspector ... for our first home. And Paul was the perfect choice for us. He even took time before our scheduled inspection to look through photos I had taken throughout the construction process. After introducing himself, he asked if we had any specific concerns. After that, he started. He executed his job at the same time we were walking through our home, but always being respectful of everyone. He was professional, thorough, and personable. You can tell how passionate he is about what he does - especially by the debris and sweat that comes along with climbing over, under, and through a home. (And yes, for those of you wondering, he did find important items needing fixing.) By the end of his inspection, he talked trough his findings, addressed the positives of the house, and answered any questions we had. The report was sent that evening as promised, and was extremely thorough, with pictures, descriptions, arrows, circles, etc. Ultimately, my wife and I are so thankful we had Paul there. For such a large purchase, it was worth the small price (which, by the way, was always a straightforward amount) to have that much more peace-of-mind. I can't say enough good things about our experience with PJM, Inc. (Obviously!) We will absolutely be recommending them to all of our friends, and we will absolutely be using them for any of our personal future needs. Thanks, Paul!

    USA Home Inspections
Took a number of phones calls to get things setup for our home inspection. They were incredibly slow with responding to emails, reaching them via phone was also hit and miss. I will say the inspection who came out, Mark, was fantastic and very professional. Issues seem to be with the back office and those scheduling inspections. I would probably use them again and if you do just go in knowing you will have to reach out to them a number of times and have a bit of patience.

    Closer Look Inspections Inc
DO NOT HIRE THIS INSPECTOR. While he appears to be very competent he is not thorough. You hire an inspector to protect your interests. This inspection cost me thousands of dollars based on misleading information in the report. Very courteous and competent sounding on phone. Very impressive web site. Report appeared to be very thorough. Indicated he had inspected the pool heater and it was fully functional. He DID not and COULD not have inspected the heater because there was no propane. The tech we hired told us it was in such poor condition it was too dangerous to repair. Cost to replace: $3,150. Noted that the pool pump would need to be repaired or replaced. Did not mention that to me, nor did he notate in the report summary. Cost to replace: $3,350. Indicated the garage door opener was fully functional. Does not work using any hard wired buttons. Indicated he had done a general inspection of electrical switches and outlets. Several switches do not turn off completely when switched off. We will need to hire an electrician for further inspection. Noted that the upstairs shower head leaked when on. Failed to notice that the master bathtub faucet leaks all the time. Based on his comments and glowing review of the condition of the home, we did not negotiate down on the price, at all. I quote "This house is in excellent condition. You'd be crazy to walk away." If we had known there were issues with the pool, we would have had the gas tank filled, the heater inspected/tested and the pool pump tested/inspected. We even paid Closer Look an extra fee to inspect the pool and its equipment. Given what we know now, we could have potentially negotiated the price of the house down significantly. These are not minor, cosmetic repairs. Do not assume that he has actually inspected any appliances, furnaces, heat pumps, pool heaters, pool pumps, etc., based on the fact that he checked it off on his list. You will only know that he didn't when it turns out it doesn't work.
