  Stain Away Pressure Washing

  Upon arriving a couple hours late they decided that the roof was too steep and dirty to do the job safely. I was extremely disappointed that they did not do their due diligence and waisted my time. They apparently have no safety equipment (ropes and harnesses) so he was afraid he would slip and fall off the roof. They were very apologetic and polite but I feel obligated to post my experience here to warn others that they may want to find a company that has appropriate gear to safely walk on your roof. No one should open themselves up to lawsuits if they were to get hurt on your property because they do not use any safety equipment.

  Professional Pressure Washing

  Excellent. Brian Peters was courteous and on time for our appointment. After he left, I did find a few areas he missed and notified him by email about that. I had a response from him three minutes after I sent my message and he said he would return to our home the following morning to re-clean the areas of concern. That might be the fastest response I���ve ever received from someone I did business with after contacting them by email with a concern. Brian was, again, on time when he returned to my home the following morning and arrived with a positive attitude. Not only did he take care of the few areas I brought to his attention, but he pretty much re-washed the entire exterior of our home.

  The Window Cleaner

  I highly recommend The Window Cleaner! Their response to my initial inquiry was prompt and Jeff and his team arrived on the scheduled date on time and ready to work. The did a fantastic job on my home!! The windows are sparkling and look brand new.
  Jeff was extremely professional, polite and just a very pleasant person. I have a two story house and a few windows are hard to get to and the team did it with the utmost care and attention to detail. Jeff also took the time to educate me on the proper removal of my screens as well as provide education on the type of windows I have and certain things to avoid in the future so they would not be damaged.
  I cannot speak more highly of this company and will absolutely use them again and have recommended them to all my neighbors.

  Steve Morgan Pressure Washing & Painting

  My husband and I had been concerned about staining on the exterior of the house, but we were dreading the idea of having to repaint the house for fear of the cost involved.  We decided to investigate pressure washing as a quicker, more affordable solution.  Even still, we have a corner lot and a two-story house with a two-story detached garage, which means there's a lot of surface area to cover. So with the extra-long line of sidewalks wrapping two sides of our property and the additional exterior surfaces that come with a detached garage, I was just as concerned about our budget as I was about the quality of service.
  On a Thursday evening, I called Steve Morgan because of the fantastic reviews on Angie's list.  Over the phone, Steve listened to my concerns and responded with candid detail.  I felt very comfortable just from our conversation that he was being honest and fair with me from the get-go.  I emailed him pictures of our areas of concern, and he decided to come out for a visual inspection and estimate.  I was thrilled that he was willing to come out over the weekend for an estimate, but even more impressed that he came out on a holiday (Father's Day) to leave us an estimate and written proposal of services.  His proposal was within our budget, and addressed more areas than we had originally discussed - in fact, he proposed to clean basically the entire property except the roof and and the grass.  He was able to come out two days later on a Tuesday to perform the services. So, in less than a week, we went from phone inquiry to completed job!
  Steve and his assistant Omar came out together and arrived fairly close to the proposed time window, perhaps a few minutes later than I expected.  But they completely made up for it by finishing the job several  hours earlier than we had planned, which was great! Steve and Omar moved all of my mats and back patio furniture for me before setting to work. Steve had made sure to prep me for his visit during a confirmation call the evening prior, so I was ready with a few old towels to lay inside exterior door thresholds.  His advice about the towels was very much appreciated; I now know just how poorly our back door seals!  But thanks to the towel laid at the base of the door, the water (and more importantly the cleaning agents) never got through to my carpets.  
  The service was much quieter than I expected because of Steve's clever placement of the generators farther out in the lawn and away from the house. In roughly four hours of work, the two gentlemen were able to clean the entire exterior of our house and all the paved surfaces on our property.  He even cleaned our mailbox and the concrete slab under our A/C compressors!  I walked around the property with Steve and was immediately impressed by how great the house looked, even before it had fully dried.  They put all my patio furniture back and made sure I was totally informed about the process they used and satisfied with their work.  The house looks brand new again, and now I'm confident that our house does not need to be repainted as I had feared - it just needed a good cleaning!  Steve's and Omar's amazing work has saved me the great expense of repainting, and our sidewalks, walkways, and driveway look new again, too!
  My husband and I are thrilled with the results, and Steve and Omar were perfectly professional through the entire process.  I hope the before and after pictures I took do justice to the impressive improvement in the appearance of the house.  I would love to share those pictures here, if I can figure out how!

  Steve is fantastic. This is the second year that I've used his service to do a full spring cleanup of all of the outside areas. He is extremely thorough and professional, and doesn't finish the job until he and you are completely satisfied. I cannot recommend highly enough.
