    A driver at a stop sign bumped into my rear bumper. It was damaged enough that it needed replaced. Based on the excellent reviews on here and other social media sites, I went to Joe's for an estimate. The pricing was reasonable (lower than the two other competitors I went to and the insurance adjuster). The quality of work was excellent. The bumper was replaced perfectly. The paint exactly matched. I worked with Joe's nephew (forget his name) but he was easy to talk to and work with. A very good and friendly family run business. I would highly recommend Joe's body shop.

    This was the first time I've used this detailer's services. I must say I was impressed with Darien's enthusiasm for his profession and his thoroughness. He explained the process and products he uses and asked for any specific areas that needed special attention. The Jeep looks better than when I took delivery from the dealer. I'm having him come back for my F150. Great Job!!

    It took over 3-1/2 months to get my car back. It was returned once after 3 months and was not right. When I picked it up the last time, it was still not right and I had no confidence they would ever get it right. They promised me over 19 times that my car would be ready. My car was in perfect condition before the accident and in much less than perfect condition when it was returned. They could not locate the mechanical issue in the front end. I ended up trading my Infiniti for a new 2018 Infiniti the day that it was finally returned.

    We found them when we moved down here five years ago, and we've been very happy and stayed with them. My husband usually makes an appointment so he usually only has to wait 5-10 minutes. My husband usually takes care of the car, he never has any negative remarks to say about them at all. He hasn't even suggested that we look for someone else.

    They had made a mistake on advertising it.  It was supposed to be higher but they gave it lower.  I'm only the second owner.  The first one was an old man from Long Island and I had less than 50,000 miles on it.  I got a wonderful deal.  It's a 2010.  It was great to get the car that I always wanted.

    The cost was free. Sometimes I go out there and there will be no click, nothing. They put it on the computer and do all kinds of stuff and can't find it. So that's why they didn't charge me anything. The communication was very good. You get one service person and they give you your number and call you back and tell you what's going on. It was very professional. They have a van driver that will take you home and pick you up and take you home.

    I only go here.  He has been around in a long time.  He specialized in high performance cars.  He's honest and has integrity. Although it's an hour for me to get there, I only go there.  He only charged me $800 for a job that others wanted over $2,000.  He specialized in foreign cars. He gets A's all the way down.  My estimates are always good.  I always end up going back to Kermit's.

    Reese, owner, set three appointments that they canceled then did not call to honor our agreement. After complaints to Angie's List, he came and did only (1) of the (2) Agreed services. I have left numerous emails and phone messages with no return calls from anyone at Eagle.

    I was stopped in the middle of 50 broke down and the tow suggested this place. Took s chance found gold in the people working there.They are not allowed to advertise on the hwy less they face a $10,000 fine. They are across from u haul ??? north side of 50 shopping plaza turn in go all the way to the back then a right. You will be glad you did!!

    When purchasing camper was told, unsolicited, that a/c was brand new. First time camping unit kept freezing up. Contacted seller because he had said unit was brand new and I knew that he also serviced campers. When I took camper he looked over and gave me directions on how to "properly" use unit. Due to camper size don't use on max cool, open window furtherest from unit slightly to allow vent for warmer air flow, etc. Next time camping same problem. Took camper to protech rv repair. Paid $95 to have tech tell me that unit is old and seams have weakened allowing freon to leak out. Sealed unit so no way to repair. Must purchase new ac unit. I understand that I purchased used camper, as is, with no warranty. My issue is with being lied to and then wasting my time taking to him to be "repaired." I was already purchasing camper when told about new a/c. I hadn't even asked about age of unit. Then to make matters worse, when I contacted him about issue he has me drive across town for nothing.
