  • I was incredibly disappointed in the complete lack of professionalism and service displayed by Noland's. The sales rep, Matt, convinced me to let them appeal the insurance claim, telling me he "had never lost an appeal." The insurance company called me to say Noland's needed to submit documentation with the claim. I called Matt several times and left him a message; he never returned my calls nor did he submit any documentation. The appeal was then denied. I contacted Carol at the office, and she promised me a supervisor would contact me within 24 hours. No one did. I called again and spoke to Samantha. She also promised me a supervisor would call within 24 hours. No one did. I called Samantha again. I asked her to send me a copy of the estimate and to have Steve Fortier call me. She did neither. I called and left two messages for Steve, the GM. He has never called me. It's really astonishing to see such complete disregard for business norms. I certainly would not want this company to do any work on my house.

  • We had Advantage Roofing out to repair a leak over our garage. Unfortunately the leak was not fixed the first time, however they were extremely quick to come back out and work on the issue till it was resolved. Things don’t always get fixed the first time, the import thing is how the company handles it after. Kelly was extremely professional and prompt to get our issue resolved.

  • Exceptionally well. Very courterous and helpful in getting permit and everything ready to work. Then did have to wait 4-5 weeks before they could start. That was a bit long, but given the hurricaine Irma everyone is waiting. Once they started - they finished the entire thing in 3 days. They did a great job of clean-up afterwards. I had very bad experience with previous contractor and his leaks caused so much damage inside. Having Tip Top be so professional was a breath of fresh air! And the guys doing the work, some said they have worked for tip-top for 10 years. That is a long time. Big thanks for the tip-top job!

  • The technician worked VERY **** ** our roof. The prior roofer did not do a good job and this person had to spend a lot of time fixing the prior roofer's problems. They took pictures along the way so I could see the progress and what was actually done. Very happy with the effort. Solid company and solid employees.

  • This company came to the rescue and did a fantastic job repairing damage done by some other roofers. They were efficient and their work was of excellent quality and they managed to get the job done right away.

  • Micheal was late to the appointment due to traffic. Fortunately, in this case, I was also running late from a previous appointment, so it worked out well schedule-wise. However, the entire time I was explaining what we needed, Micheal just seemed to want to leave. I feel like he mailed in the "not doing this" attitude very early on and was simply going through the motions. We talked about work requiring a lift, holes to be filled, rotted wood (including a leaking section of roof) that needed to be diagnosed and replaced, a damaged gutter section that needed repair and replacement, and even a possible replacement/update of the entire front fascia of the house. A week or so after Michael left, I received a short, three sentence E-mail reading: "We are going to decline to offer a proposal for the repairs at your residence. There's very little work us to do and a lot of logistical issues. Thank you for contacting us." Frankly, I think that's a severe cop-out. I'm not going to rate an "F" because he did come out, and he at least sent a follow-up Email, but to decline a job without even bidding the customer, and with a reason that illustrates he either doesn't know what he's talking about, or does and simply doesn't want to do it, is a little insulting to everyone involved. It's *not* a small job by any means, and even if it were, a much better attitude would go a long way.

  • We had a water stain appear on an interior wall during Hurricane Irma. I called at least a half dozen roofers in the following days. One called and said they were too busy, most others didn't call back at all. One company, Over the Top Roofing, called and said that although they had many other homeowners with more pressing issues, if we were willing to wait, they would be happy to come. They called us a few weeks later as promised and scheduled someone to come today. Jim Braddy arrived and looked at the wall and surrounding area, then went up on the roof, and told us we didn't have anything to worry about. He could have sold us on a repair and we'd have been none the wiser. Instead, he explained how it happened, why it wasn't a problem, and assured us that our roof could go another 10 - 15 years. Great company with honesty and integrity. I highly recommend Over the Top Roofers.

  • The repair crew included an adult and a teenager. Apparently, the adult was training the teenager. I requested them to return twice for the following reasons: 1. After inspecting the repair area myself, from the roof top and from the gound, I was concerned that some tiles were lifted when compared to the others and there was a noticeable space under them. 2. The existing gutter was reinstalled incorrectly, inverting the correct slope angle. However, after inspecting the repair from inside the garage attick, I notice a row of several nails that were not joining anything. In other words, the nails went thru the roof boards and didn't joint the boards to anything. But, they failed to pay attention to my comment. Apparently, this contractor has an activity/function for their employees/workers, once a month and that may have had something to do with leaving the repair at less than expected completion. On a less than pleasant note, the repairs estimator/salesperson called me about my last redo repair to inform me that it would be my last opportunity to get the repair revisited. I felt as if the contractor was about to dismiss/ignore my concerns as a costumer (Satisfied or Not), from now on.

  • I couldn't be more pleased with Randall he was very professional and down to earth . The job was well done and only took a day and a half I will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future thanks again proguard restoration...

  • The storm solutions team was great! The gentleman who came out to do my estimate really seemed to know what he was talking about, and the installation went without any issues. The price was comparable to other companies that I shopped around with.
