Under her management, our rental property has a smooth run of 5 years. She took care needed repairing in timely fashion, provided us her suggestion and feedback for home improvement, and alerted us for potential issues for proactive actions. We are lucky to have her for our property management.

    All Star exceeded all expectations. Manny and his team could not be more courteous, honest, meticulous, or friendlier to work with. They set up a hand-me-down table and treated it like it was a showpiece the entire time. I got several estimates and hands down, All Star is superior service at more than fair prices. We had a pool table moved from another home and reassembled at our house. Manny was able to re-use the felt on the table, which saved us some money. i cannot recommend highly enough!

    Horrible...damaged my furtniture and damage to property I was moving from. Was a complete nightmare. Money was held in escrow during settlement because of the damage. Took over four months to resolve and it was such an inconvenience to the new homeowner. The head foreman during my move-out was rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful. The handling of the entire situation was ridiculous.

    This was a short sale; suffice, it was challenging for all parties every step of the way right up to the closing day. I don't know how much experience Sarah has had with short sales, but her deep experience overall navigated us through safely and sanely. She communicated with us generously - emails & calls answered promply, explained everything along the way, and referred us to an outstanding Mortgage Banker (Tammy Powers, Bank of England). With short sales, the seller's lender can drag out the process for months and months, or longer. Tammy and Sarah were on top of them nearly daily. Without their persistence, I'm certain we would not be in this beautiful home today. It's easy to find a Real Estate Agent who is cheerful, professional, kind, encouraging. It's essential to find one who is tenacious, competent and has the experience you need to help you find the RIGHT home and to get you to closing day. Sarah Huebler has all of these qualities. There were many instances of her going over-and-above to help our family. She really cares. I would both work with her again to find a home and recommend her wholeheartedly, especially to a first-time homebuyer.

    All of the people I have dealt with are very friendly. They are very patient especially with beginners. I was reluctant to use it at first since it was over the computer. They were able to give me a free 1 time trial to see how it works. MyMusicExpert.com also sends out a newsletter with helpful tips and they will touch on subjects that students maybe struggling with.

    Ken is a nice guy, but appointment scheduling was a disaster.  Appointment was originally scheduled for Monday.  Ken was running behind and asked if we could do the following day.  I agreed since I asked for the install with relatively short notice (the week before).  Ken was supposed to arrive on Tuesday around noon.  Ken contacted me around 11 and Informed me he was going to be late.  2 1/2 hours later, he informed me he went to the WRONG appointment and was clear across the other side of town.  Ken offered to come out on Wednesday, which would have required a third day of staying at the house; something my schedule would not allow.  
    I spent two days sitting at my house waiting for absolutely nothing.

    Geek Squad - Best Buy
    It came with the failed sticks on it (dead pixels,) they gave me a credit at Best Buy, so I ended up buying a TV from Best Buy. They were pretty good and very professional. It was somewhat confusing with the older model of the TV. It felt like there was a lot of good usable parts, it’s a shame that it doesn’t pay to fix them.

    Most of the time they are good but their prices are skyrocketing. I don't have a choice out here. The speeds are even less with another company. When I do call about an outage, they tell me our area has an outage and they don't know when it's going to come back up and they don't provide any compensation unless I actually go in there and complain about it. It should be done automatically. Prices are outrageously high. We do have buffering time and it goes down at high traffic areas at high traffic time. It doesn't go down all the way but it goes down about 2 or 3 megs. Their responsiveness is slow because the line is busy. They said they came but they never came. They marked it down as they came here and no one was here. I told them we were here all day and they apologized and said they can take me up for next week.
