Search was easy. Found online a little difficult to fill out. Surprised they don’t require proof of vaccinations.

VERY WELL . I have been using Country Oaks now for all my pet needs and always have been satisfied with the care they receive. Would not go anywhere else. Staff is warm and courteous and vets are very good at what they do. I would recommend COUNTRY OAKS to anyone wanting the best care for their pet.

    Pet Paradise Resort
It was a great experience for my puppy. He had a great time and received lots of individual attention. The accommodations were top notch. I will definitely take him back again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Not sure how these people stay in business. Here is our story: So we took our puppy in for his 3rd set of vaccines. They said arrive 10 minutes early as we were new customers. We showed up 15 minutes early and the sign at the door said call and let them know we were there so they could come out. I called and they put me on hold, while I was sitting on hold several other cars pulled in and employees came out to those cars and took the owners animals inside. I finally stopped one of the employees and they said oh they will get to just wait. Still on hold we waited.... and waited it was now 15 minutes past our appointment time and finally the phone went to their voicemail. I asked the employee again when they came out what was going on and he said oh they are very busy and will get to you. I called back in and the lady answered the phone this time, I explained we had arrived for our appointment and had been waiting quite a while at this point etc, she said we will send someone out, after another 10 minutes a lady came out with a clipboard to have us fill out the new client sheet which we had filled out and emailed in the night before. I explained that we had already done that and she said fine I will go put it in and send someone out to pick up the dog. We waited another 10 minutes, I finally called back in and the lady said she was putting everything in the computer but it takes a while and she would send someone out right away. ...and another 10 minutes of waiting, I called in again and they finally sent someone out, I accompanied them to the exam room. A lady walked in and asked what was the problem, I started to explain that we were a bit frustrated by the wait etc and as I was explaining the so called "Doctor/Owner" walked in and said and I quote " I have an easy solution for your issue, you can leave and go somewhere else" I was stunned and so of course I asked him if he thought it was okay to act that way toward a client, According to him we disrespected him by not waiting patiently for as long as it took for his staff to stop being incompetent and actually provide decent customer service. As I was leaving he was still being rude so I asked him again if he thought his behavior was acceptable or even professional and he responded by telling me to get off his property or he would call the sheriff? Seriously folks do not let your loved ones within 50 feet of this guy. I can understand things being a little crazy with everything going on in the world but to treat a fellow human being the way they treated us is beyond absurd. Needless to say we found another vet that has a professional office place and will be taking care of our little guy.

    Clermont Animal Hospital
Clermont animal hospital staff does not care about the pets that they treat or have any type of compassion toward them. I needed a refill on my 16 yr old dog’s congestive heart medicine. I was told that my dog had to be seen for his yearly visit for labs. I had to beg the staff to give me a refill on my pet’s prescription (since he won’t live without it) until I had the chance to take my dog in to be seen. I was given 5 days worth of pills. Then when it was time for the appointment all the staff cared about was the $60 rescheduling fee that no one notified me of..when I rescheduled his appointment. They refused to waive the fee until I was able to talk to management...since management was not available. All that the staff...the secretary..the doctors there are worried about is cost.. they did not care that my 16yr dog does not have any medicine. What a shame. It shows that they do not care for the pets. Every time I have gotten refills on the Medicine there they mark up the price with their “dispensing fee” as well for every medication that is filled..and to come find out that there was a number of missing amount of pills. I had to take my business down the street where my dog will be well taken care of by professional staff members that shoe compassion and truly care for my pet.

Rocky's Retreat Canine Health & Fitness Center
Rocky’s Retreat was excellent. My 3 dogs were taken care of w kindness and attention to detail. Got a full tour of facility too- They email Confirmations of appointments and it’s only fair that a deposit must be paid to hold the spots- They ask for lots of detail about each dog’s temperament and preferences and likes/dislikes and flea/tick and heart worm medication status. Also keep strict rules about healthy dogs up to date w vaccinations and fecals-

BE CAREFULL WHEN TAKING YOUR BELOVED PET TO THIS PLACE I took my dog to this place in 2018 and was very well served by Dr. Nunes. Last week, I took her back expecting to have my dog treated by the same doctor. Unfortunately, my dog was treated by an unexperienced Dr. Susane Abrego that first prescribed an unavailable medicine. We then went back to the Dr. to fix the problem and she once again prescribed the wrong medicine that almost caused death to our dog. When we went back to notify them of the issue but we were insulted by a rude lady attendant. The supervisor requested the Dr. to replace the prescribed medicine for a different one. We went and purchased the newly prescribed medicine and once again the pharmacist notified us that this medicine could cause serious harm to the dog because it has a substance made for humans & can be very dangerous for dogs. When we went back to this clinic we were treated very rudely again when explaining the situation. We requested a refund & they refused. DON'T TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS PLACE EVER, YOUR CAN JEOPARDIZE THE LIFE OF YOUR PET!

    All Care Animal Hospital
beware!!!! do not take your pet to this animal hospital! it is clear that money is all they care about and they put the lives of the pets they see in danger. the doctor herself will ignore patient's calls and refuse to answer questions. the staff is awful and unkind. i wish i had read all the reviews before allowing my pet to be seen there. he will be transferred to another hospital in worse condition because of the lack of attention and awful recommendations by this facility. do not put your pet's life in danger!!!!

Yes, the staff at DAC do a great job at providing their veterinary services. But, to not set them apart for their sincerity would be missing their strength. When you bring your pets here you know your animals are in a place where every person truly loves our pets. Each animal is treated as if it is one of their own. I highly recommend their services and can say that not only have they taken excellent care of my pets but my mother’s too.

Went well. The doctor was right on time. He was patient and thorough. I chose this veterinarian as others have recommended him. This was my first visit to this clinic. I was very happy with the service received. They were caring and did their follow up in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.
