    Castle Concrete and Contracting LLC
Michael was prompt to respond to my initial inquiry and quickly came out to inspect the job and offer a proposal, which was very thorough and complete. we had some delays in the project for reasons not related to the company (injury, hurricanes, etc.) and Michael was very flexible in rescheduling and fitting the work into our schedule. We were away while the work was completed; but, I received daily pictures (multiple) of the progress - and my neighbor commented on the quality of the work (he was here while we were away). The finished job is exactly what i had hoped for -very well done and looks great!

    Randalls General Construction
Randall is an amazing craftsman and professional. My man loft turned out perfect. He designed a wet bar that accommodated a mini fridge and kegerator. He matched the finish of the cabinets to my pool table which was an awesome touch. Randall really shined with the library. It exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable. He installed an enormous bay window, build in a swinging bookcase to act as a secret door, hand built all of the bookcases, and help us with creating a perfect design. It was a long tedious process but we honestly couldn't be happier. The library turned our amazing and it is my wife's pride and joy now. Randall stayed on budget for the whole project.

    Blue Horizons Pools & Spas
Excellent response, was contacted within 24 hours and arranged a consultation meeting with Marty. We discussed the scope of works and he explained the process and more importantly the options available. He provided me with a full documentation package that included all certs/insurances. He then submitted a very competitive quote within the agreed timeline and I have agreed to commence the works within a mutually agreeable timeline. A very professional outfit.

    Big Top Concrete Resurfacing, LLC
Anthony was amazing to work with from the moment I first made contact.  He came out quickly to give me a quote.  We decided not to do the work until a whole year later, postponing the job until we were ready to sell the house.  He honored the initial quote, and was able to fit me into his schedule quickly.
He and his partner Rick were incredibly thorough, meticulously cleaning up after each stage of the process.  He spent a lot of time talking with me about the project, and helped me in answering all my questions throughout the process.  They did a top notch job and I highly recommend Big Top Concrete.

    Tom Easton Construction
Called Mr. Easton and he said he would be out the next day - he did not
show up, did not call, or return my call.  The following day he called
and said he was in the area and would come out to take a look, we told
him we were not home, but he said he would come out and take a look
anyway.  I don't know if he did or not, as we haven't heard from him
    since.

    Key Rose Inc
The work started off great, the very quickly removed everything old that needed to go. Some changes were made as the construction process started and this is where the problems began. They did not communicate their intended price increases to us until after the work was done at which time they raised the price by 50%. After the disagreement on pricing, they seemed to go nearly silent on communication on the work that was being done. After conflicting information on a couple of conversations on site, we decided to not have them finish the work. This resulted in a series of very bitter and nasty emails from Key Rose, Inc.
We will never use this company again and would highly advise no-one else use them either.

I have a drainage issue on my back patio when it rains. Todd came out and took a look. He was nice enough to offer a suggestion on how I could fix it myself and save $$$. He didn't charge me a thing. Cost me about $10 bucks and 30 mins of my time to do it myself. Hasn't rained yet but seemed to work when I spayed water from a hose in the area where the water was gathering before. He said if his guys came out to fix it, it could cost upwards of several hundred dollars. Not often that a company would pass up business/making money to offer a simple DIY fix. I will definitely consider them in the future if I have any larger projects I need done.

    Gorilla Exterior Cleaning Solutions LLC
The services are absolutely superior to most of the paver sealing companies in the Orlando area.
I unfortunately hired two separate companies and spent a small fortune having my driveway and pool deck stripped and sealed in order to get rid of that milky-white substance, (something the companies claimed was their ?specialty?), yet days after they completed the job, the whitening came back even worse.
It was only after talking to Gorilla Paver did I find out that these companies use a xylene type product and that is truly the issue. The stripping and application of a water-based product was the correct procedure and my driveway and pool deck look as good as the day they completed the job. I sure wish I used Gorilla Paver Sealing early on. I would have saved a tremendous about of money and time and had the job done right the first time.

    Accurate Pavers & Landscape
Accurate Pavers was very prompt with proposals and revisions and with starting and finishing the job. Lots of advice and ideas were discussed with the owner, Rodney, as we explored options, prices and the pros and cons of alternative products. Rodney made sure we understood which product we were selecting by sending us to see installed exterior samples of concrete and brick paves at two different local paver supplier sites. Accurate Pavers quoted us the lowest proposal of the four contractors we requested to give us quotes. The total proposal price was $13,535.00. HIs proposal was several thousand dollars less than the other proposals and he was able to provide the sod, fill and irrigation required where others would not do so.
Rodney quickly provided the list of at least 5 references we requested and most of them responded promptly to our telephone inquiries. We spoke with four references. Rodney accepted full responsibility for the job, including acquisition of a building permit from Windermere and fulfilling any other required governmental permits as part of the contract. We obtained permission from our HOA once the brick was selected. We asked that rebar be added to the stabilizing concrete along the edges of the new driveway and Rodney provided it at no charge.
We offered 50% of the cost of the brick as our first payment upon signing the contract in order for him to start the job. Rodney required that we pay 100% of the cost of the brick before he would order it. The work started very quickly because the brick we chose was available locally. As soon as the brick was delivered to the site (a few days later), the 3-man crew arrived promptly and worked very hard for a long day to remove the concrete. Rodney came to the site the next morning to supervise the layout of the crushed concrete base and to ensure that the new course of the driveway and sidewalk would meet our needs.
In the meantime, truck loads of fill dirt were delivered to bring the eliminated circular portion of the driveway up to grade and sod was installed. The sod was in very good condition and laid nicely. Since the concrete was thicker (about 5 inches) than Rodney had anticipated, additional fill was required. He gave us a fair price for the additional fill and we agreed to the increased price.
All of the crew on the project were responsive and willing to discuss any concerns that we had as the job progressed. They did a great job laying the bricks in a 45-degree herringbone pattern with a border along the edges. They contacted Rodney by cell phone when issues arose that they could not handle. The irrigation controller installation by Rodney's subcontractor went smoothly.
Coordination and work stalled when it became apparent that Rodney did not estimate the amount of brick for the project correctly. About twice as much brick was needed as was delivered. Rodney apologized for his error and asked that we pay for the additional brick and he would not charge for the additional delivery fee and installation labor. We agreed to compromise with him and that explains most of the price increase from $13,535 to about $16,500.
A minor problem occured when the front-end loader broke a protective plastic pipe conduit around an irrigation line that had been laid under the original driveway and was exposed upon removal of the concrete. Rodney promised that it would be replaced by his irrigation team but they did not arrive before the paving crew paved over the pipe. It is not likely to cause a problem in future and there was no crack in the water line itself or a leak so we let it go. We have a two year warrantee on the installation to cover any problems that may occur. Cleanup of the site was satisfactory.
Overall, the project went smoothly and was started and completed very quickly. It was started with the tearout on April 17th and completed on April 24th. The resulting driveway, sidewalk, sod and irrigation controller are very nice and have more than met our expectations. We have not had any problems with the products or the installation. It's a pleasure to see these improvements to our home every day.

Let Brice Do It Concrete & Pavers
I contacted Brice based on the "A" rating. I called and left a message and within an hour received a call from Brice. I discussed the project and we agreed on a day for a quote. On the scheduled day he called about 2 hours before meeting time and cancelled. We rescheduled for another day the following week. No big deal at this point as I'm understanding things may happen that cause rescheduling. So on the next scheduled day, I called a few hours before to confirm he was still coming. No answer, left a message. Well, sad to say he didn't show up or call to explain. Its very disappointing Brice just blew off a potential customer, and doesn't have the courtesy to call and make it right. My advice for anyone calling him for services is to ask if he's gonna no call no show them like myself and others who've posted the same experience.
