    Zembower's Auto Center
Zembower’s Auto Center has always gone above and beyond. They make sure my vehicle is always well taken care of. They are my go to for everything from oil changes to engine repair. From the front staff in the office to the mechanics in the back, I always have a great experience. Their care and knowledge are why I have trusted them with my vehicles for years.

Very well. They inspected it quickly but thoroughly. Gave me a good piece of mind about the purchase.

    Zembower's Auto Center
I was very pleased with the service, which was professionally discussed and accomplished. I was sure I needed a manual clutch replacement, but after inspection, was informed that it was not necessary at this time, saving me considerable money. The fluid changes were easily accomplished, as was the A/C repair, which was well diagnosed and only required relay replacement rather than a major overhaul. All items were completed in a timely manner, and I had the vehicle back the next day. Very happy!

    MARTY'S AUTO WORKS
They are the best shop in the world. Marty has been a lifesaver repeatedly over the years. Bob always provides great service. They are very honest and straight forward. They give you all the information that you need to make a decision. They will call and let you know if their are any surprises to make sure you are okay with it and so there are not unexpected charges. Marty is a really honest businessman and he cultivates that with his employees. They have pickup and drop off service as well within reason. We were out buying an older model car from another dealership and we told them we would only do so if Marty's could take a look at it and Marty's saved us as there was a couple of structural failures with the car.

    MARTY'S AUTO WORKS
After having a routine service performed at a dealer I was informed that the negative battery terminal needed replacing and that the driver side stabilizer link was torn; it was suggested that the stabilizer link be replaced in tandem even though only one was torn.  I provided this information to Marty's via Angie's list e-mail asking if they performed this work as well as a ball park estimate. I received the requested info in a reply and then called the company.  I spoke with Nick and he was very polite and suggested I bring in the vehicle at my convenience offering that the work would probably be completed same day; the also proved pick up and take home service however I did not need it, nice to know for the future though. Upon delivery of my vehicle, Nick performed a cursory inspection and let me know that I did not really need the repairs suggested b y the dealership.  He had a mechanic, Chris ride with me to try and make sure they understood my concern with a vibration which I felt at about 45mph and higher.   After a short while I received a call from Nick advising me that he had determined a cause for the vibration but that he was concerned about a secondary cause and asked permission to search on.  Not long later Nick called back and was confident that the issue was resolved.  After picking up the vehicle I tried to recreate the circumstances which would cause the vibration and the ride was smooth and steady, NO vibration. I was quite pleased with the service as well as the professional treatment from both Nick and Chris, I believe the cost was quite fair as well and that I was only sold what I REALLY needed. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

    MARTY'S AUTO WORKS
After having a lousy experience with a certain Toyota dealer that does "Whatever it takes" on the hatchback issue, in which their cursory inspection yielded an estimate for $1100 worth of repairs including replacing the body ECU, I decided to go elsewhere to find a trustworthy source of repairs. Based on Angie's List Reviews, I knew that I chose the right shop in Marty's before I even got there. They were very busy -- always a good sign -- and after a call mid-week last week they agreed to take the Sienna on Monday morning this week. They have a drop-off deal where you fill out an envelope and deposit the keys through a slot when you need to drop the car off after-hours, which is quite convenient. We dropped off the Sienna on Sunday evening. I got a call around 1 PM on Tuesday from Nick, saying that the check engine light diagnostic revealed that the catalytic converter was the cause of the problem, and we briefly discussed that issue, then talked about the rear latch. He wanted to check with the technician after I gave him some additional information about nefarious happenings around the rear door that might have affected the lock. He said that the tech working on it was out to lunch and so he'd discuss it with him and get back to me around 3 PM. (While he didn't get back to me at 3 PM, which is the only thing on which I've graded this vendor down from A to B, he made up for it by not charging me for the successful work on the rear hatch, which I'll detail below.) The tech found that there were a couple of computer codes related to the rear door lock's position possibly having changed. This makes sense because the rear door had been implicated in a certain daughter backing into a tree, which resulted in the replacement of the rear window, immediately after which the door lock would not unlock. When the computer codes were cleared, the lock started operating normally. That was all it was.  Nick didn't charge me for the labor because he forgot to call me back yesterday afternoon, a very kind way of making up for it. I would have paid a reasonable amount, especially in view of the final score: Dealer that does "whatever it takes": 1100 Marty's Auto Works: 0 I will trust these guys with my automotive work from now on. They are hands down the best auto repair experience I've ever had.

    MARTY'S AUTO WORKS
Waited for service to be done.  Took approx. 90 minutes.  Went very well. I have used Marty's exclusively except for tires and rotation, etc. for over 20 years and my kids use him, as well.  We are all very satisfied.  Marty will tell you what is important to be done right away and what can be held off until later on.  Very honest and reasonable.
