    I purchased a certificate from Angie's List for a diagnostic service call. When 1 Hour Air called to schedule an appointment, I realized I had made an error. I wanted a maintenance checkup, not a diagnositc call, since I did not have a problem with my air conditioner. I was told that I needed to get a refund from Angie's List. I also scheduled a routine maintenance appointment. I stayed home the morning of the appointment, which was supposed to be between 8 a.m. and noon. At 10 a.m. I called 1 Hour and got an answering service. I was told that one of their workers had called in sick and my appointment was cancelled. I was upset because nobody had contacted me about this. I was told somebody from 1 Hour Air would call me right back to reschedule. It was over an hour and a half later when somebody finally called. At that time, I told them that I did not want to reschedule. They had inconvenienced me by not contacting me about the scheduled appointment being canceled, nor had they called me back to reschedule in a timely fashion. I will not ever use this company. Their customer service was sorely lacking.

    First I will start by saying that this family owned and operated company is what we need more of in our society. They care about their customers because we ARE their neighbors. I have used them twice before, total of four visits to my old home. On Thursday (9/24/16) in my new home that we have been in for less than two months, my wife called me and work to tell me our thermostat was reading 81 and the house was humid. By Saturday (9/26/16) morning it was unbearable and we have an 8 month old child. I called Mike's business cell phone before 8 a.m. and he answered and told me to call the office right away. I called the office and Mike was out at the house by noon that day. Found out my less than 4 year old Lennox Evaporator coil had at LEAST 3 different pinhole leaks. Mike mentioned that the unit might be under warranty and to check. He also refilled my freon so we could keep cool until a repair could be done. I called my realtor and got the information for the Home Warranty company. After speaking with them I was able to secure D. Woodall Inc. as the company to do the repair for my system under warranty coverage. By Thursday (9/29/16), because that was the first day they had an open appointment, I had my A/C fixed and cooling out the house. Between that Monday and Thursday 9the day of the repair) Wendy had been in contact with me daily to update me on the status of the work order and warranty coverage. Today (10/4/16), Wendy called to just do a follow up check on everything to make sure it was all working properly. They're fats, super friendly, very reasonably priced, and just flat out honest. I'm so confident in them I constantly recommend the D. Woodall Inc. team to anyone that I know is having any sort of A/C issue. As a matter of fact I will be contacting them again to do an inspection of my entire system and check out the secondary unit that runs the attached in-law suite that my mother lives in just to make sure this still new home is not going to have any issues before the warranty expires. You cannot go wrong with going with this company.

    He said the company would call in the afternoon to schedule a follow up appointment.  They never called.  I went out of town for a week and called Pro Plumbing on the Friday after returning.  They told me they would look over my paper work and call to set up an  appointment.  They never called. My wife called them on the following Monday and they scheduled an appointment for Wednesday at 10 AM.  They called me at 12 stating that a truck broke down and they were running late.  At about 4 PM they called again stating that if they didn't call back in 10 minutes, they would reschedule.  I never heard from them.  I would like my $49 returned.

    AC tech arrived on time.  He had an excellent attitude and was a very hard worker.  Made sure everything was working correctly and took his time to check out the entire AC unit.  When he found parts that were corroded, he showed them to me and replace those parts.  I would highly recommend this company.

    Since they did such a great job installing our air
    conditioner unit, we thought we?d ask them to look at our pool heater, which
    operates as a heat pump.  They came out
    the day after we call, discovered quickly the problem was a ?bad compressor
    capacitor,? which they replaced, and it had work well so far, two weeks
    later.   They were here an hour and a
    half total including the time they took to make sure the heater synced with the
    variable speed pool pump.

    Everyone worked hard and fast. Mark was very courteous and made the job so smooth. The other workers were also courteous and all made it seem so easy.  I would HIGHLY recommend them for ANY plumbing needs! They worked for 10 hrs making sure that everything was right.  I said they could finish the next day if they wanted, but they said the job would be completed in one day and that's what they would do. 

    I called Mark a week later for an unrelated plumbing issue and he was there within a day.  He had to replace a pipe inside of a wall and did it in a very timely matter. 

    Mark came to give me my original estimate and said that he would get it done with no problems and that's exactly what he did!

    These guys came in on a Home Warranty call after another company had been called in twice and couldn't figure out the problem.  I explained the intermittent nature of the loss of cooling and Joe and Steve listened carefully and began troubleshooting.  After they replaced a contact that may have been the problem, they remained in touch with me via text to see what the unit was doing.  After a cooperative effort they came out a second time, diagnosed the problem (which was a sticking expansion valve), ordered a part, and installed it in the most expeditious manner possible.
    These gentlemen were patient and courteous, and willing to listen to me, the homeowner, and be tenacious enough to solve a problem that others could not.
    I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

    They did some assessments and then installed a compressor on May 30th. They did say that there were other problems and they are not sure how long the unit will be fine. The unit went out on last Thursday and I wasn’t able to call them until Monday. Jeremy came out and explained that it would be more cost effective to replace the unit. He did a very good job at explaining things and wanted to ensure that I made the best decision. The company was real nice about giving me part of the money that I spent prior toward my new air conditioning unit. AAA uses Trans Union credit check and they declined me saying that my credit was around 640. Within about fifteen minutes, I checked my credit myself and my credit score was 714. I am not blaming them for the decline, but Trans Union is providing fraudulent ratings. I ended up paying cash that I should have not had to pay. Gloria who I spoke with on the phone was nice, concerned, and professional. Because of the troubles with the credit check, it delayed having the unit installed. I told them Tuesday morning that I was going to pay cash and wanted to have the work done. They didn't come out until Wednesday and I had to go without air conditioning on Tuesday.  They installed a Frigidaire unit that included a ten year warranty. The technicians who installed the unit were efficient and the installation went very well. They did an excellent job.
