  • I took my Jeep wrangler in to fix a small oil and transmission fluid leak. After Downtown worked on my Jeep, the transmission fluid leak worsened from one or two drops to huge puddle that ran the length of the car down the garage. I returned 3 additional times to fix the leak without success. Had to take jeep to other garage to fix.

  • Awesome. Just Awesome. My A/C bill is down 30% and this is on days where the average daily temperature has been higher than my comp set. These guys are providing value and do it in a very professional manner. I wish I had done this when I purchased the house.

  • I had a fender bender. They did a good job painting it. They can't seem to put it on without huge gaps and misalignments. It looks bad from up close. I rated the price as an F because the gap on the corners of the bumper keep getting bigger and I feel like I got robbed.

  • The radiator flush was priced separately so that was $99. They happened to have a new customer service representative at the front desk. That day I had a hard time inputting the service request. Later she had a hard time printing out the receipts, and warranty. She was nice she was just a little flustered getting through the process.

  • The process went very smoothly. We received bids from several different companies in the area but were most impressed with Nelson and Donnie. Nelson was very thorough in his explanation of the process, the selection and price of the job was very competitive and finally, we liked that Nelson (owner) was going to be doing the installation rather than just a 3rd party crew. We had them specially order a film and even with that, the installation date was set 3 or 4 days from our order date. The install went great. The job was completed in one day, they cleaned up and the film looks great. We couldn't be happier with the results and the process. Thanks to Donnie and Nelson. We would highly recommend Light and Bright Window Tinting.

  • I bought the car with factory smoked glass, but in the Florida sun, needed more. I showed up Saturday morning for the appointment, and they took my car inside and got right to work after explaining the options. No hard sell, and were very open to listening to what I want. Extremely polite and they did a very high quality job. The guys there have tons of experience - and if you want it done right - you can't go wrong here!

  • I had a problem with them. They damaged a bumper on my car. It didn't go in there like that but it came out like that. They would not even discuss it. They damaged it, 100% damaged it. They wouldn't take any responsibility for it. Now I have to buy a new car. Do you think I feel like going back to Rick Case, no because they did that. 100%, they did that. They scratched it up alot. The front bumper, they had taken it off because it was in there for body work. It wasn't in there for the bumper. They really messed it up and would not admit to it. They were doing work on my car. They asked my husband to bring something, I can't remember why he was over there. He noticed that they had the front bumper off. He said why do you have that off. Why do you have the bumper off. They gave him some stupid reason or maybe they just said it is not yours. When I got the car back and saw that. This car did not come in here like that. I called the salesman that sold it to me. I told him, they damaged that and they are not taking responsibility. I am not going to buy another car from you, if you do not talk to them so they own up to what they did. They did damage it. There is no question about it. That was not like that. The manager would not call me back. The body manager, wouldn't call back, the general manager wouldn't call back. They were very nasty. No call backs. It is not only that.

  • The service was awesome, the divers were very polite, responsible, patient and always on time, the trip to Clear Water was the best, beautiful white sand Mexico gulf beaches, definitely a must. I will surely hire this service again when we come back to Orlando. Thanks again!

  • We get our service done through them.  I would absolutely use them again. Their service is good; they're good quality, they do what they say they're going to do, and they do, and I've never had any problems.

  • Then the car just stopped working. We found out 1 of the caps was broken, which can only break if someone worked on the engine. It cost us 1k to fix the broken part, buy 4 new tires and the brakes didn't need to be repaired. The car runs like,it did when we bought it 8 years ago. I don't recommend going there because not every mechanic knows what to do. Beware of this place.
