It went well. The office staff was very nice. Everything went very smooth from start to finish.
Dr. Luzon was great. Answered all my questions about my contact lens habits.
Got some cool glasses at a GREAT price. Jim helped me narrow down my frame selection.
He was very patient with me and helped me stay within my budget.
Was contacted sooner than expected, that my glasses were ready!

You have to be ready to wait at least 3 hours... I have been there 5 times at this point... My appointment has always be 8am ... I NEVER get out of there before 11:00... however the doctors are great... the glasses store there are not very friendly and do not return calls

Dr. Abdal and her staff were very accomodating to my needs and she did a very thurough eye exam to fit me with contact lenses. She took her time with explaining everything and was great at answering the questions that I had. I went back for 2 follow-up visits within the month and she was very thurough in determining the best prescription which suits me best for my situation. I have been to several eye doctors in the past and can truly say that I have never recieved such genuine care for a professional such as her. She sets the standards for others to follow. Kudo's to you and your staff. Thank you for being there 20/Twenty Eyecare!

Provider was on time for the appointment and made the prescription.  The glasses didn't quite work right and I was able to get another prescription.  Haven't got the new lenses yet, but I expect they will be fine.

My husbands glasses were fine and went without a hitch.  My lenses are one of the most difficult and I went to them just to get my reading and computer glasses and the first thing is, when I asked if I could use my existing frames, they checked out the frames and said they were fine and didn't try to upsell me. I was impressed by this, everyone else wanted to upsell me.  Then when my lenses came in wrong, and not their fault, they bent over backwards to help me and gave me rock solid advice and told me to get my eyes rechecked.  As it turned out,  the eye doctor that had previously checked my eyes had made a mistake in prescribing my eyeglass prescription.  This company remade my lenses at no additional charge and they took such good care of me, I was totally amazed and impressed.  They were extremely knowledgeable, informative and went above and beyond to give me quality service.  I would highly recommend their services to others and they will be who I continue to see for my optical needs in the future.

I have nothing but rave reviews for all aspects of the experience, from the initial appointment setup to the initial eye exams by staff opthamologists and by Doctor Katzen. I was very well informed about the procedure, alternatives, and potential side effects as well as short term post operative effects. Seven months later and I wonder why I did not do this sooner. I am 52 years old and was quite near sighted and presbyopic. Although not perfect, the modified monovision works very well for me. I can drive, read, use a computer, go sailing, scuba diving, whatever - all without glasses which I have been wearing since age 9. Only with ultra tiny print or detail might I look for a magnifier, maybe once a month. Doctor Katzen and his entire team were always professional, punctional, highly competent, and very kind.

I had gone to another Optometrist 1st and since the prescription dramatically changed, I decided to go for a 2nd opinion. Dr. Spender was very good. She took the time to first give me a thorough eye exam and since it was different from the 1st exam, she took the time to show me the difference, and why her's would be better for me. The only negative is my insurance was not accepted and had to pay out of my own pocket.

I was seen by Dr. Haas, she was nice and professional and thorough. The first part of the eye exam (performed by assistant) was provided in a section of the waiting room. I would have preferred that the exam be conducted in a separate room.

Individually, each visit was fine. First an assistant checks my eyes. Then I would go into another room and an optometrist would come in and do some more testing. Eventually, Dr. Katzen would come in. He was pleasant but busy. The optometrists and the assistant are the public relations reps of the office.

When I had the Lasik it went well and I had perfect vision for several years. Then I developed bilateral cataracts in the middle of each pupil. This is a rare side effect of the Lasik. I chose to pay $2000 extra and have special lens to make my vision back to the post Lasik level. This did not happen. Dr. Katzen corrected one free and offered to do the other. I am not sure if it was corrected as neither close or distant vision is good enough without glasses. I never had the second eye done as I am nervous about further surgery on my eyes.

I have decided that I will change ophthalmologist. At that point I am out several thousand dollars and my vision is about where it was pre-Lasik. Better for all if I change.

Dr. Stephenson and his staff are very professional and kind. They all have a very quiet, suttle approach to everything. They make your time in the office a very calm experience. I have been going to Dr. Stephenson for 3 or more years. This year I chose to go to my old doctor because he was on my insurance. BIG mistake. I ended up having to pay out of pocket and I've changed my perscription twice to try to get it right. Next year I'll be back to Dr. Stephenson who gets it right the first time.
