    Terra Tiles & Pavers
I am very pleased with the finished job although I had to correct the contractors twice during the job. The contractors made the changes as requested and as written in the contract. I had requested a "hidden edge" in the contract and the contractors had installed a less expensive and not as aesthetically pleasing concrete edge. They took up the concrete edge and replaced it with the "hidden edge." The other correction that had to be made was an area where some of the original pavers had been taken up at one time and were not replaced in the original configuration. So, when it came time for the contractors to work on that area they relayed the pavers in the altered configuration. Again, the contractors made the change. Now, the patio is once again in the original condition as designed and constructed. I should mention I stained the pavers once the work was completed because I had pavers that didn't match color wise, were different thicknesses, and have different textures. I am also pleased with the price because other quotes came in higher. I should add that I completed a college degree in architecture and a certificate in construction from a vocational technical school.

    Master Painting and Remodeling
I was looking for a very low cost company to do quite a bit of painting to my home. I just happened upon this wonderful company. They were very understanding to my needs about how I wanted my home painted and whether the colors were the right fit for my home. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. This was my first time having my home painted from the inside out. Their prices was exactly what I was looking for. I didn't need to go and compare prices with anyone. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have any type of remodeling or painting done by this company. Thanks so much Master Painting and Remodeling for making my experience the best.

From start to finish, I was impressed with the service I received. Upon contacting them, my estimate was scheduled promptly, I was given a fair price and the work was completed with expert precision. I have no regrets in using this company and I would recommend them to anyone who needs similar work done on their home and I look forward to using them for other work we plan to have completed in the future.

    COPELAND CONSTRUCTION INC
5 Stars. Brent and his team did an outstanding job. I challenge anyone to find anyone better than Brent. When you work with Brent, you have 100% peace of mind that you are working with the most reliable and competent person that you can trust, you will never have to worry because Brent has everything under control and he is extremely likable. Every project I have worked on with Brent has turned out better than expected and he and his in-house employees take so much pride in what they do and they always make sure everything is properly prepped, managed and executed. Copeland Construction is a company you can trust.

    COPELAND CONSTRUCTION INC
It was another wonderful experience working with Brent Copeland and his in-house team. I came up with the initial design, but Brent and and his team gave me their input which is always valuable and I made some changes based on their input. What we came up with together is a major improvement and it is a great feeling to be able to collaborate with someone you can trust and who genuinely cares about their work and that their clients are happy with the result. In addition to the work they were hired for, they were instrumental in helping me layout my future BBQ area and they helped to line up pathways to create a design element and they helped me to improve the design of the front courtyard allowing for more usable space and clean lines. The result is fantastic with great workmanship and I am now prepped for my future work. Brent came up with a great structural design element for the future BBQ area. We are currently planning our next project which is replacing curb, sidewalk, driveway apron and the entrance to the driveway.

    PEACE RIVER CONSTRUCTION LLC
01/17/17 I am writing this review to protect others from what happened to me. It was the worst financial disaster of my life and based on my experience with the abandoning GC and Peace River, I would advise that you put on your best running shoes and run! Based on my experience, Peace River is not a company you can trust and they do not carry Builder's Risk Insurance to cover any damages. My abandoning contractor hired the worst subs you could possibly find with no integrity, no work ethics, horrible workmanship, shorted me on structural materials, installed cheaper and wrong materials, gave me less of a structure than my structural plans, failed to follow plans and minimum code requirements and all abandoned my project while being overpaid. Peace River built a wall with no footing, they poured concrete over a dirty floor causing a failure to bond, they gave me an 8" bond beam instead of a 16" bond beam, they put in headers where my plans call for no header, they gave me red steel poles with the words Peace River in black marker instead of white aluminum poles, they failed to raise the roof in areas creating a sandwiched affect, they knowingly installed the wrong trusses, they built site walls not tied to the footing, they installed footings above or at grade, they failed to to install rebar to the footing around my entire house so my house was like a deck of cards and they damaged my curb, sidewalk, driveway and walkways. They stuffed empty grout bags inside my block walls in the house and left the cells hollow when it was supposed to poured with solid concrete, they build block where my plans called for solid concrete and all of this work. It has taken me over two years to take control of my property and I should be able to move in before the 3rd year is over. Based on Peace River's address, it doesn't look like a real place of business. There were notes in google that it is a UPS location, but not certain. Prior to hiring a new structural subcontractor, I contacted Peace River directly to request they repair their not per plan, not to code, bad workmanship, unstable workmanship, and incomplete work, but Evan told me, no, unless I paid him more money. I hired a stellar new structural subcontractor that uncovered all of GC's and Peace River's unscrupulous work and prepared a report of all of the work not per plan that meets a minimum code requirement and not per plan work that does not meet a minimum code requirement, my engineer also wrote a report confirming the not to code work and had to prepare details to repair all of the bad work which resulted in a devalued structural property. The Chief Building Official had to get involved because of the scope of damage caused be the abandoning GC and Peace River and their efforts to hide what they did on my project while telling me they only build per plan. I have filed complaints with the Licensing Board and I have filed a lawsuit. I would never recommend Peace River or any of the original GC's subs to anyone. I was left with a flawed property, way over budget, delays, losses, no one carried proper insurance for bad workmanship, damages, etc and it will be almost 3 years later before I can get in this house and paying for two places for almost 3 years as well as paying 3 times for everything and not getting anything per plan. I would absolutely recommend Brent Copeland of Copeland Construction if you are seeking an outstanding structural GC who can handle any size project. Brent is honorable, his workmanship is outstanding and he and his in house employees can be trusted to get your job on time, in budget and the work will be better than you excepted. If it were not for Brent, I would have never been able to move my project forward or uncovered what Peace River and the abandoning GC did to me.

    Barry McAllister LLC
I've used Barry for all of my renovation projects. I'll continue to do so. The toughest part of any rehab project, without a doubt, is finding not only a skilled contractor, but one that is professional, on time, and on schedule. Very seldom can you find all of these qualities in one contractor....if at all. So, that's why Barry's my first call when I have a project. Barry shows when he says he is going to show, his work is top-notch, and best of all, I know my budget wont get killed with overages. -glad I have him.

    Exotic Pavers

I met with Marsha and Marc who gave us great ideas on the reshaping of our existing pool deck as well as extending a new walkway to the fence.

The travertine sample matched the travertine installed and the installers were hard working and did a very professional job.

The job site was cleaned up promptly after the deck was completed.

The estimate we received while it was the least expensive, was still competitive with other estimates we received.  But the personal interest that Marsha showed when speaking with us won us over.  It didn't seem like it was just "a Job' to her.  Instead it seemed like this was going to be her patio when it was finished.

Both Marc and Marsha were available to us by phone or text throughout the process.

We would highly recommend Exotic Pavers.

    Terra Tiles & Pavers
They did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.  I had a big job, and for 10 years we had wanted to completely overhaul our patio area and pool.  Finally I decided it was time, made a list of all the questions I wanted to ask all potential companies, most of whom I found on Angie?s List, and I interviewed representatives of 6 companies, including Josh of Terra Tiles & Pavers.  Josh patiently answered all of my questions, proposed possibilities, and discussed my project at length.  In the end, I chose Terra Tiles & Pavers for our renovation.  They weren?t the cheapest, but they passed my investigation on Angie?s List, had no complaints with the BBB, and had no lawsuits filed against them. Also, it felt like the right decision. I read all their reviews on Angie?s List and knew this company would do a terrific job.  I was right.
Each employee whom I met was professional, respectful and punctual.  At the end of each day the workers would clean up the area even though they were returning the next day.  The quality of workmanship is great.  My travertine deck is just beautiful.  The men did a great job of analyzing the area before starting and laying out the stones, and the finishing details look lovely.  I love the look of our pool tiles, including the placement of the accent waterline tiles as well as how they raised the skimmer opening to adjust for the flat coping.  I?m just so thrilled with the whole project, I would definitely hire them again.  In fact, they?ll be back soon to seal the travertine.
I knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted everything to look before Terra Tiles & Pavers started the project.  I was home several
days while work was being done, and therefore I was involved with many little details, as I wanted.  Maintain good daily communication about the project with Terra, know what you want and you won?t be disappointed.  No company is perfect, but this company strives for perfection and did a great job.  Any questions or concerns were promptly addressed by Javier, their most considerate and conscientious owner.  They strive to do their best, and it shows.

    Leo Roofing & Construction
I had water running down my wall insidethe house by the chimney. After going into the attic to see where the leak was, I then went onto the roof and notice there gaps in the mortor of the stones. I called Leo Roofing. They were out ththe next day to give me a qoute. He told me itwould take within two weeks to complete the job. They had to have the cap fabricated. The first step was to seal the stone work. They filled in all the gaps with mortor, then recoated all the mortor to keep everything looking the same. They next sealed the entire chimney with a water barrier sealant. The only thing I could complain about was the workers did not have a ladder or electrical cord. However, they did not leave until the first phase of the job was complete. A week later they came and installed the cap. They did the job they qouted me on and did a great job.
