APreventive Maintenance Support Services IncI was pleased with the work. They ripped up the old tile, applied a sealer, and relaid new tile. They were very through. I thought the price was high but Preventive Maintenance were the only people on Angie's List who responded to my request for service. Since they were the only contracter who responded I had to pay their price. None the less, they did an excellent job and were well worth the expense.- Roger M.

AThe People's Choice Public Adjuster, LLCWe had a flood in our house with a water hose bursting . I knew I would need a Public Insurance Adjuster. I researched with Google and was "LUCKY" to find Pat and his son Eli. They came over that day and literally took over and made an ugly porcess an easy one. ACOPELAND CONSTRUCTION INCIt was another wonderful experience working with Brent Copeland and his in-house team. I came up with the initial design, but Brent and and his team gave me their input which is always valuable and I made some changes based on their input. What we came up with together is a major improvement and it is a great feeling to be able to collaborate with someone you can trust and who genuinely cares about their work and that their clients are happy with the result. In addition to the work they were hired for, they were instrumental in helping me layout my future BBQ area and they helped to line up pathways to create a design element and they helped me to improve the design of the front courtyard allowing for more usable space and clean lines. The result is fantastic with great workmanship and I am now prepped for my future work. Brent came up with a great structural design element for the future BBQ area. We are currently planning our next project which is replacing curb, sidewalk, driveway apron and the entrance to the driveway.- Nancy H.

AGlobal Construction & Development Corp. (GCDC)The entire job was from a water damage incident , we were devastated , Global came in and with their water damage professional and extracted all the standing water , then they had an independent assessor check for mold which was good since they found some behind the water damaged cabinets and the remediation was performed, they came back when they said they would and replaced all he drywall and re did my cabinets and all additional work These guys are fantastic- Rogelio F.

AA B M Plumbing IncDavid came out to provide an estimate after a leak detection service determined that there was a leak in the foundation. We were told that the only way to repair the leak was to dig up the foundation and repair the portion of the damaged pipe. This repair would cost around $800 however there was no guarantee that the pipe would not be damaged in another spot and the cost for the detection and repair would be necessary yet again. When David gave us his estimate, he said he thought a better, but more expensive way to resolve the problem would be to cap off the existing bad pipe (no foundation would be broken) and to run a new pipe through the ceiling. No other plumber suggested this option. When we asked the two other plumbers about this option they said it was indeed a better route however their charges to do this were considerably more money. David was prompt, thorough, and professional. He provided me with a copy of his insurance without hesitation and I am confident that he will stand behind the work he did. We will be using his services again next week to repair some leaky outside faucets. It was a delight to find someone who really takes pride in their work and in doing an excellent job.- Lynn D.

ASIW Windows and DoorsI spent 6 months researching providers of hurricane impact window and I made the absolute best choice with SIW. Everything from start to finish was extremely professional. Mike, the salesman who was my initial contact was extremely helpful and patient. Installation of these windows is a project and was expertly handled that way. Once the contract was signed Isabel coordinated the entire project flawlessly. There is a team of installers, who were wonderful. Then after the windows are installed there is a team that comes in and repairs stucco and foundation; they also did a wonderful job. Everyone was extremely neat. I was at work when all this was going on and every evening when I came home I walked into a very neat and clean environment. Isabel even coordinates the inspection. The Palm Beach county inspector said that he was very happy with the job and that I should be too and I am. Even my maintenance staff comment on the wonderful job that was done. I plan on replacing the remaining windows in my condo and will definitely have SIW perform the work. Thank you very much SIW for a job extremely well done.- ELVIE M.
