The digging was great! There were a couple of VERY large pine stumps that needed to be removed and were a complete pain. We now finally have a nice low area for water to collect rather than sitting everywhere on our property. Thanks again!

    EARTH EFFECTS
The projects were spread out over a year, or so. The ALWAYS did what they said they were going to do, do it carefully, and removed all the debris, leaving a clean site. BEST of all, we bid each project separately, and the Earth Effects bids (owner Jerry Johnson) came in about 1/3 LESS than the next lowest. Jerry is exceptionally knowledgeable about what works whether in shade or full sun, which plants/flowers are best, both seasonal and perennials, and gave great advice of how to maintain what his company put in for us. Jerry has the eye of of a poet, with functional planting designs that are simple, and beautiful. Great company. Great price. Great work.

    Equal Rooter LLC
I had a five oclock alarm emergency and Kevin and his crew came immediately without any hesitation. As soon as they arrived the problem was evaluated and a solution was addressed. I was walked through the entire process and watched everything take place. Not once did I feel like more work was being done than required. Kevin is a straightforward guy and if you look up honesty in the dictionary his picture will show up. After the job was done Kevin and his crew helped repair another (much smaller) job again without hesitating. I felt like I was family! Ive used their services twice more and have felt 100% confident when I referred them to others both personally and professionally. Thanks for all you do!

    Steve Cury Construction
Steve Cury and Steve Cury Construction (SEC) is not an individual or a company we could trust. Based on our experience, we would never recommend Steve Cury or Steve Cury Construction, which is one in the same. As a result of severe property damages and financial harm, we are suing Steve Cury/Steve Cury Construction (SEC). We will never get the design or safety intent on our plans unless we level the house and start all over again. Cury devalued our home. Steve Cury did not properly bid, improperly change ordered, started work before he had a permit, overcharged, took money without performing work, refuses to return funds, requested advance payments, fraudulently liened property which we were able to prove and get released, threatened us, failed to manage our project, practically leveled our house without permission on a minor remodel, hired the worst track home style subs, failed inspections, by-passed inspections, Cury and all of his subs overcharged and abandoned our project while leaving us with incomplete, not to code and not per plan shoddy work. Cury damaged our pool, pool equipment, pool heater and new gardening equipment went missing, we filed a police report, Cury's subs damaged our mail box by using it as a ladder, damaged curb, sidewalk, apron, walkways, driveway, landscaping, cut new trusses, installed wrong trusses altering the overall design of the house and never disclosed he made them wrong until it was visibly wrong. Cury removed part of the existing roofline, installed wrong plumbing, wrong electrical, never submitted an A/C permit causing major issues so we could not install the AC per plan in the ceiling with already made special wrong truss boxes and we were forced to install the AC in the guest closet. Cury failed to follow structural plans and built hollow block walls instead of solid concrete specified in plans, wrong size windows, windows and doors installed wrong, installed incorrectly designed trusses never reviewed by the City, wrong lesser bond beam not following plans, no rebar to the footing anywhere around the house not following plans, walls with no footing, footing above or at grade and lesser wrong materials throughout the house. The damages have left us with extreme financial harm, delays, false change orders and property damage. Cury also took our stamped permitted plans and refuses to return them even at the request of our attorney. Based on what we have observed, we urge anyone who uses him to triple check everything and with third parties because he did whatever he wanted to do on our project without regard for structural safety, code requirements, architectural and plan design details and he did not disclose what he was doing behind the scenes. Cury refused to allow us to meet with subs and review bids prior to work commencing after discovering our house did not architecturally look like the plans. It was supposed to be a 5 month project that took us 3 years and paying 3 times for everything to get in our house because of Steve Cury and his subs. Essentially we had to retrofit our entire house as a result of Cury failing to follow our permitted plans and code requirements. After Cury abandoned the project, I had to leave my job to become the builder and it took me six months to get control of the property. We had to drill in over 100 locations making the house look like swiss cheese to uncover Cury's unscrupulous damages. Our plans called for everything structural to be above minimum code requirements, but Cury did not meet the minimum. Cury bid our plans, but gave us less of a structure and used alternative materials and did not disclose what he was doing. We paid Cury about 88% of our contract price and he was basically still in the shell stage and the shell was not structurally sound and not per plan. We filed a claim with the Florida Licensing Board against Steve Cury, but unfortunately, they only regulate contractors who operate without a license. They do not regulate businesses who do not build per plan, not to code and who take your money. Cury also only carries basic General Liability Insurance. Due to the damages, the Chief Building Official of West Palm Beach had to manage our project and the Chief Building Official confirmed code requirements were not followed and our house was not built per plan. When we opened up the house to prove damages, the engineer of record confirmed the structural plans were not followed. When the damages Cury caused were uncovered, Cury tried to blame the architect and engineer, but Cury did not follow any of the plans to make such a claim. Photos shown below are where I came to the house to find the house was gone which is not per plan. Brent Copeland of Copeland Construction is a licensed GC who specializes in structural shell work and has the highest level of integrity. Copeland came to our rescue and uncovered Cury's not to code and not per plan structural work. If I had hired Copeland, he would have had us in our house in 5 months and everything would have been per plan.

    Concrete Solutions FL
TOTALLY FLAWLESS JOB. Contacted Concrete Solutions for concrete slab lifting and stabilization around our pool. Neal explained the entire process and kept in close communication when we had to reschedule due to extremely bad weather. Actually agreed to reschedule for a Saturday morning to avoid the afternoon rains. Mike and Matt arrived promptly and were knowledgeable, personable and attentive to detail. They kept me informed of any and all situations encountered. After completion, they cleaned up the entire area and took any debris with them. The slab is now totally corrected and I am confident that future potential problems have been averted. THANKS SO MUCH NEAL, MIKE and MATT. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME !!!!

    BioSteam Carpet Cleaning
Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Was impressed as well by their customer service. Would highly recommend! Old spots that other cleaning companies couldn't quite remove are now gone--including a 4-month old red wine stain.

    COPELAND CONSTRUCTION INC
It was another wonderful experience working with Brent Copeland and his in-house team. I came up with the initial design, but Brent and and his team gave me their input which is always valuable and I made some changes based on their input. What we came up with together is a major improvement and it is a great feeling to be able to collaborate with someone you can trust and who genuinely cares about their work and that their clients are happy with the result. In addition to the work they were hired for, they were instrumental in helping me layout my future BBQ area and they helped to line up pathways to create a design element and they helped me to improve the design of the front courtyard allowing for more usable space and clean lines. The result is fantastic with great workmanship and I am now prepped for my future work. Brent came up with a great structural design element for the future BBQ area. We are currently planning our next project which is replacing curb, sidewalk, driveway apron and the entrance to the driveway.

    Johnny Under Pressure

First Class from responding to the quote on the weekend, to completing the job a few days later. Comms were very good and price very fair. Work quality was simply the best I've had since having yearly washes for the last 6 years. One of my neighbors commented that he was impressed by the level of detail/attention they paid to the effort. The results are clear in the cleanliness of the house.

Given the performance exhibited by this company, I would certainly use them again in the future, as well as recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

Thanks Johnny for the top shelf service!

    All Pro Painting
    Incredible company.
Dino, was my estimator and point man thought the project.  His bid was by far the most most cost conscientious, the quality of work was superb, and his whole team was professional and kind.
I would highly recommend them as they are a terrific all in one company that will exceed your expectations.
