    This project went exceptionally well from the initial free estimate to the final installation and cleanup. Marco, the owner, came at the agreed upon time to assess our needs and provide a thorough, fair, and professionally summarized proposal. He showed us samples and guided us in selecting window film that turned out to provide an ideal blend of window clarity, tint color, screening out heat, while allowing a good level of light to pass through the windows. The installation team was punctual, polite, and professional. They removed the old film and installed new film quite efficiently. The final result looked great, and the clean up was such that there was no trace of the film removal or installation process. Marco followed up to ensure we were totally satisfied, and to ask if we had any questions about taking caring of the new film. The installation team had already briefed us, so our questions had been answered. This whole process was very pleasant, and achieved out objectives. We would not hesitate to endorse East Coast Window Films, and would definitely use their services again.

    I chose Executive because the reviews were excellent. Their rates were very competitive, in fact better in most cases. From start to finish this company performed like the well oiled machine. The reviews were spot on. They found a reputable carrier within 3 days and my car was picked up 3 days later! The carrier actually arrived one day early, loaded my car with care & delivered it one day early to Santa Fe. It actually arrived before I did! I was prepared for standard the 7 to 14 day wait and I understand this timetable does not always come together but it did for me because Lori & others @ Executive made it happen. My friend accepted delivery of the car and told me the boys who delivered it were extremely cautious unloading my car and very professional. I could not have asked for a smoother transition and I���m so pleased I did not have to navigate this on my own.

    It is funny how when the lady at service asks you if you were 100% satisfied with your service and then you say no not at all, I am actually never coming back here again because of it, she does not ask why or anything she just makes sure she does not hand you a survey paper slip but what is funny is how I can get on here and still write my review. So here it goes. First of all, I bought my truck brand new, always turn it it for recalls, oil changes, and anything covered under warranty issues to be fixed. Well, for the second time I had to turn my truck in for loose break light covers on both tailgate lights. First time I turned it in, they said no problem, one is loose and the other one actually has a broken clip, so they replaced it. Second time, both break light covers are loose again but this time they said that I broke them that I went somehow into my break light and over tightened them and also that the top third break light that is on top of my truck on a roll bar is why my two side break lights were broken and it would $100 to fix each one so a total of $200. Second of all, how in the world would a third top of truck break light have anything to do with my two side break lights? Third of all, the ford service crew were the last people to ever put their hands on my break lights, so they are the ones who over tightened the lights which caused them to break and need to be replaced as it was still under warranty. There is only 15,000 miles on my truck and I have had it since December 17th 2017. They claimed that also a tailgate light bar on the bottom of the tailgate is also the reason why the side break light covers are loose, well I informed them that the light bar is currently unattached to any wires and it has been like that for over a year now and of course that would have nothing to do with my break light covers. It is just sickening to think that they can take advantage of me as a female, put words in my mouth, assume things that I somehow did, which I have no clue how to even open those light covers and also how they ended up fixing for free anyways. They never called me or spoke to me in person to apologize to me or anything. The people involved here are Rick Solomon and Steve Thomas the Service Manager and also the lady at the service desk that hands you your keys. This service is unacceptable because if I did not fight for what was right I would have been out of $200 for a mistake that the ford service crew made on my brand new truck. Steve and Rick both told me that someone needs to pay for broke items and ford will not send us a refund for it, well first of all, your ford service crew is what caused the parts to break and second of all, I paid over $41,000 for this truck, I am pretty sure I gave you guys enough money to afford to fix my light covers that you originally broke. This is absolutely a scam, I will never be back to this dealership for anything (and that is a shame because I love F-150's so much that I would have definitely bought another one from you guys but not anymore). I will also make sure that anyone I come across that ask me about my truck I will make sure I inform them about where not to buy one or get service and that is at Al Packer West. I am disgusted by how I was treated when also all of the service and sales guys know how much I take care of my truck, why in the world would I deliberately break my light covers?

    ****DO NOT PURCHASE HERE**** We purchased a 2014 Chrysler 300S that was 2 years old in 2016. Beautiful car with 29k miles and we purchased the extended 36k mile warranty on top of the 36k it originally came with. We figured the warranty was good up until 72k. Well they never told us the original warranty gets wiped out. The Power steering reservoir was cracked a few months ago and my mileage was 66k. They denied the warranty and said I was about 700 miles out of warranty. I ended up paying for repairs. Always kept up with oil changes and service on the vehicle as it is not that old. The Engine just failed at 70k miles with a bad rocker arm which there are so many videos and complaints on YouTube and forums of this part failing and then the Cam shaft gets destroyed. The dealership said there is nothing they can do to help out. Needing a new engine now and still have over 4 years of payments to pay off car. This DEALERSHIP has no clue about CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would NEVER recommend buying a car here. Stay Away from this brand!!!! The stress on our family at this point is beyond explanation.

    Technician did a great job both inside and outside. Crystal clear view of outside now! Very considerate in the interior to keep water and product away from floors and walls. Offered suggestions to clean calcium deposits on outside left by my sprinkler system spraying windows which caused haze. Very professional. Will definitely use again in the future.

Rated Punctuality a "B" because they arrived about 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment time (but did call to let me know they were running late).

    Our vehicle had vinyl on the passenger door that had come loose (interfered with door window) and needed to be refastened. An appointment was made, the work was done as we waited and the door panel was repaired and looks like new. No problems.
