    Matt called at 3:59 p.m., before the scheduled arrival time of 4-6 p.m. to say he'd be here in under 15 min. Arrived at 4:12 p.m. and was very courteous. Asked about the problem, inspected the malfunctioning dryer, and provided a firm, fixed price for repair. Price seemed overall fair and reasonable. Repair was performed quickly and thoroughly. R&B will be my first call for any future appliance repair.

    Great experience. Called their office, described the problem, made appointment for the next week. Serviceman called just before the appointment time to say he would be there in 15 minutes. Quickly diagnosed problem, had brought the parts with him and was done in a half hour. Wish all service and repair companies were this good!

    The appointment was made by phone, and the gentleman who I spoke with was very courteous and asked the necessary questions so that the repair man would be prepared upon arrival. The repair man, Mr. Matt Moore called when he was en route and gave me a definitive arrival time within the promised 2 hour time window. He arrived on time. Mr. Moore was courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He opened the top of the front loading dryer and immediately diagnosed the problem as a minor one. He made the necessary adjustment, closed the machine and tested it. Thankfully that was all there was to it! He charged the flat service call charge, ran a credit card and arranged the laundry room exactly as he found it. Quick and relatively painless!! I would definitely call on him again and will recommend to my neighbors.

    I got a return phone call within an hour of leaving a message. The person on the phone was very professional and helpful, and set an appointment time that was convenient for me. Matt arrived exactly when he said he would. Again, he was professional and impressed me with how he handled our problem. It turned out to be minor, so he only charged us for the service call, although he really took his time to thoroughly check out all the possibilities and explain what he had done and what he had found. But before he left, he said that if we had any further problems within the next 30 days, he would apply the service call to the needs repair. I was really impressed with how everything was handled, and I'd use this company again in a heartbeat.

    My dryer no longer produced heat. I called and left messages with three places since it was the Friday after Thanksgiving and no one was open. R & B ( which was my preferred service) called back on Monday morning. I explained that I was in a dither about repair or replace. The dryer was 13 years old. I did not intend to be living here for another one or two years and I was concerned on the depth of the new dryers fitting into the space. The wonderful personable young man I spoke to asked for the model # and told me parts were available. He explained it could be one of two things. He gave me prices for both. I was able to get an appointment the next day and I was also able to schedule the vent to be cleaned. The next morning, Matt arrived exactly within the time period with a smile on his face. He vacuumed all the dust bunnies up when the dryer was pulled out. Everything was completed quickly and very cleanly. I was very happy with both people I interacted with. I told both of them, they turned my frown upside down, and now I am smiling. Don't look any further call R&B for your service needs. Neither of the other two ever called me back. I wanted R&B because they could also do the vent cleaning.

    Hired Palm Beach Grill to finish a project. They communicated in writing that they will handle it. We made final payment to later find out they never finished the permit process ,which ended up putting me into court. Every day we chased him until after 30 days he disappeared. So the stories you hear of contractors saying yes to pay and then disappeared are true. I had to hire another company to finish what he was paid for and somehow they got it handled with no problem.

    STAY AWAY!!!! 2 hours late. His wife sat in his SUV/truck. Said his work truck was broken. After 4 hours and sending his wife to home depot for a part, he had to go because she got the wrong part. They were gone about an hour and we live 10 minutes from Home Depot. He said it was fixed. He said to call in an hour if doesn't turn on because it was in "defrost mode". I paid cash- his request. He gives a warranty and extra warranty for a good review. He left a mess on my swale and cigarette butts on my property. Numerous calls and texts have gone unanswered. Have asked for my money back. No answer. I searched and found out that there are multiple complaints on line and through the BBB.
