ATopline AppliancePurchased basic dishwasher for $325. Called when after I installed it would not pump water. Technician and internet helped determined that you may have to pour a half gallon of water in to lubricate seals. Once done worked great. Several of the items could definitely be considered to be antiques. This company did a fantastic job and brought back the beauty of the wood. ASerenoa ArtworksAbsolutely fantastic. Noah is a fantastic carpenter. He came to the house to evaluate the project, made measurements and drawings, and provided a quote about a week later. The price was very fair. He then came back one more time to make additional measurements. He built the cabinet in his shop, and then a month later came with an assistant to install. The cabinets are exactly what we wanted, the craftsmanship is top shelf, and he's very professional. Any more carpentry needs around the house and Noah gets the first call.- Aaron A.

Chris explained what he would do and timeframe along with quite for the job, He was able to begin the project earlier than initially thought and finished in two weeks just as he said he would. FAPPLIANCE DIRECTMy dad and I bought a Whirlpool dryer from them brand new & it was delivered Christmas Eve. The 1st time we used it a loud, horrible sound started coming from it that could be heard outside the home. Come to find out the unit was sold to us with the entire cage & motor of the "brand new dryer" broken. Appliance Direct and the horrific management has refused to assist us in anyway & refused to take back & replace the 1 day old dryer with a new unit. Management promised to call back with a resolution & never did. The sales rep also never called back or backed up the broken unit he sold us with a working 1. Deeply disappointed in him & his manager and we will never do business with them again & will be sure to tell everyone we know, not to buy from there as well.- Neal T.

FGallo rosso woodwork and designSharing my HORRIBLE experience with Gallo rosso woodwork and design and Miguel the owner. — we hired Miguel and his (at the time) partner Tim 5 MONTHS ago... we hired them to do shiplap wall, floating shelves, and build an entertainment system. He quoted us that it would take 3-4 weeks in total. He since then strung us along, lied to us numerous times about how far along he was, and would ignore my texts or calls for weeks at a time. I told him, we were NOT rushing him, we would be patient, but to give us the courtesy of good communication, that’s all we ever asked for. He would finally respond weeks later saying he would do better. He kept giving us install/delivery dates and then not showing up, not responding and just leaving us high and dry. He has no clue how to run his business, and his quality of work is amature at best. Last night out of the blue, (he was supposed to install yesterday, again) he texted me and just told me he was going to bail on the project and he isn’t able to do it. Keep in mind 3 months ago, he told me he is “almost done.” After he texted me that, he BLOCKED my number, and had his wife block my number also. WHAT A CHILD! seriously, the most unprofessional, and just horrible experience. I got through to him on my wife’s phone, and when I told him how upset we were and how he doesn’t seem to care he just said “ok” and then blocked my wife also. So, needless to say, we DO NOT recommend ever giving him your business. Boarder line FRAUD. Full of fake promises, lies, and just stringing you along.- Sean B.

FAPPLIANCE DIRECTTechnician turned water shutoff valve wrong way and broke it off spraying water everywhere. House shutoff valve was closed leaving us without water. Technician left uninstalled dishwasher and home without water No attempt was made to fix water valve. Emergency plumber was called. Fix was 230 dollars and manager did nothing to pay bill. Basically I ended up with no dishwasher and 230 dollars for a valve broken by them. They came and got dishwasher back and refunded purchase price but not repair bill. After going there for 30 years, I will never go back!- John C.

AFrom the quick responses to my emails addressing my concerns and easing my worries, to Mr. Gaugin coming to pick up the chairs working on regluing, fixing the gnawed part done by my dog when she was a pup, cleaning, and polishing the 2 antique chairs , to the office calling to let me know the scheduled pick up and return, I am quite pleased with everyone I encountered. AI ordered an Acrylic turntable cover for my new audiophile turntable - Dr. Feickert Woodpecker with Origin Live illustrious tone arm. I got the "floating cover", which sits on the top of the turntable plinth via 4 seating blocks. This cover is a beautiful work of art, literally could be used in an art museum display. it is very sturdy and extremely well finished. The pricing was very, very reasonable and I have never seen better or more secure packaging. Shipping was received as was promised and in a timely fashion. Michael was able to completely transform the look and feel of the place, while making it look like something I would have done myself if I had the talent and expertise. He knows a great deal about fabric, color, finishes and furniture, and what is going to work for you. Although I doubted some of his choices in the beginning, I quickly learned he is always right! I needed an honest and knowledgeable roofer to provide advice on what needed to be done to fix the roof and on how to deal with a heavy handed insurance company. Jonathan Schroer with Property Renovations and Construction (PRC) provided that expert advice and guided me through the process of dealing with the insurance company. He took the time to inspect the roof, listen to the insurance situation, and provide a path forward. He worked hand in hand with Paramount Adjustment to resolve the insurance issue and then put on a great quality roof with little out of pocket expense from me. I cannot give high enough praise for PRC and for Paramount Adjustment. Kraig Jenner, the PRC Project Manager, and his crew were super throughout the re-roofing process, and the new roof looks great. I highly recommend PRC to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable roofing company.
