    Osler Medical Inc
Dr. Lai was very attentive to my needs. He sent me to physical therapy and for an EMG. He determined my numbness and tingling in hand was from ulna nerve in elbow not from neck. He even called to find out why I hadn't started PT. I had surgery on ulna nerve and all numbness and tingling went away. He discharged me and said to call him anytime if I need him.

It was very helpful.  Frank is kind, courteous, easy to talk to...my son and I both liked him.

    Supler, Dr. Mitchell
Better than I imagined or hoped for. He performed a microdiscectomy, after which I spent one night in the hospital and was back to work in two weeks. Since the operation, I have not only returned to the level of physical activity I had before (lifting weights, tennis,  but even exceeded it - I ran two marathons AFTER the procedure. Dr. Supler is the best. I would and will return to him if I ever need spinal treatment / surgery again, even if he moves out of state.

Dr. Nichols and his crew replaced my right knee July 27, 2015 and the left knee July 30.  Dr. Nichols was in the operating room for 29 minutes for the first surgery (my healthcare surrogate waited outside the OR).  I was on my feet and walking, albeit with a snoot full of drugs, within hours of each surgery.  I stayed in the hospital six days, until August 1, when I was sent home with a walker. At home the first week was rough, but I was much more comfortable after that.  I had a visiting nurse (standard Medicare) who took vital signs and cleaned, treated, and dressed my incisions five days a week (I think).  I also had a physical therapist at home (standard Medicare) three times a week.  I did prescribed exercises about half as frequently as I was told to.  Then after a month, I was walking easily with the walker, cruising the aisles at Publix, and I started further outpatient physical therapy at Vero Orthopaedics.  Mid-September I ditched the walker.  It's now October 11 and I think I will be done with physical therapy this week.  My knees still get swollen when I have been sitting for a while, so I use flat 13" by 19" BodyIce icepacks twice a day (they cost $30 and are worth much, much more).   My follow-up appointments for x-rays and examination were brief and on time. The whole experience, surgery, hospital, recovery in hospital and at home, has been remarkable.  Every person I encountered throughout this process was impressive in performance and attitude.  I've had other knee and ankle surgeries at Hospital for Special Surgery and Hospital for Joint Diseases in New York and at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC; my experience with Dr. Nichols and IRMC has been far superior to any the earlier ones.

The physician was running very late but that was okay because we were stuck in an accident. Anyway, Dr. Joseph Llinas is the greatest doctor I have met in a long time. He takes his time with you in a relaxed setting, he asked what questions I had and what I planned to accomplish in the visit. He LISTENS! He gave me his feedback and I have been seeing him on a regular basis now. There are 2 offices. One in Melbourne, which I did have to go to once and the closer to me Palm Bay one. I am not stable on my new meds so I have had to deal with the "Care Teams" I will put it in both offices. The communication is awful and 1 time I started to go through withdrawl from a med. that was not called in until a week later. I kept calling expressing the urgency but it did not get done. I don't know any of the care staff by name yet so I am sure things will improve. Now will I? The physician is working hard and I have no doubt that I will be feeling better soon.

We have been having problems with our relationship of late and desperately needed help. Angie has a very good understanding of why we do what we do as humans and has helped us immensely during this troubled time. She is very easy to talk to and is obviously well seasoned in relationship counseling. We really appreciate the help she has given us.

After three years of suffering with headache and putting up with chronic low back pain, I finally gave in and setup an oppointment with a internal medicine guy. What a mistake, I should have gone straight for the Ortho. Anyway, I made an appointment with Dr Vligenhart the Orthopod. A couple of X-rays an MRI and a referral to the Dr Newman the Neuro guy and 1 week later we new exactly the cause of the trouble and had a treatment plan that day. I have since received excellent ongoing care. Due to the nature of my condition, I will need treatment into the foreseeable future and it's good to know I have people I can count on.

She doesn't pull any punches with you. She tells you like it is. She is great. My husband has some problems from childhood, and she seems to be the one to be able to help him.

    Goodman, Dr. Ira
He is wonderful. He is very good at communicating and doing the task. He communicates well with you. His office staff is wonderful because when you are having memory problems, they call you and remind you. He takes his time. Nothing is rushed and he is very thorough in questions that he asks you. I am convinced that he is right that I do not have a problem with my brain. He referred me to a very good psychiatrist in Orlando.
