    Greg Roth took the time to research the error code for us. He called back the next day with the information. Based on what he told us, we will continue to use the dryer as is. His very helpful and friendly service is why we'll be sure to call him IF/WHEN the dryer ever fails! He and everyone we've dealt with at Roth have been pleasant and professional.

    I explained the problem and he suggested it might be clogged with dirt underneath. We made the appointment . My husband cleaned the dirty coils but it still wasn���t cooling. Ed come in and adjusted the fridge and a few other things and did some tests . He said give it 24 hours to see if it���s cooling properly. He called me 24 hours later and our temp went from 50 degrees to 38 degrees. He also told me never to turn off the fridge since were snowbirds, since that���s too hard it.

    Ed repaired the problem; faulty fan motor which leaked water into the refrigerator. Ed also found the water drain was comprised. Ed was very professional and called when he was coming. The work was completed in short time frame.

    Perfectly! Appliance was under an extended warranty. Called the warranty company who turned the repair order over to Roth Electronics. Roth personnel called the same afternoon to get more information on the problem. She explained the service manager would review the problem to determine what repair parts would need to be ordered and once the parts were received, they would call to arrange an appointment. Part came in, appointment was made, service technician arrived as scheduled, completed the repair promptly and professionally, and all is well. Very satisfied.

    It is never an easy go dealing with American Home Shield ��� Home Warranty. I have paid for home warranty insurance 2 or 3 years. American Home Shield ��� Home Warranty website is ok for making service requests, and that's the best part to this company; everything else is significantly disappointing. To reach a Customer Service Representative (CSR), it will cost you an hour of waiting. When a Customer Service ask you if you would like a supervisory call-back, that is their way of ending the conversation. Don't hold your breath waiting for a call back, it never happens. Burleson Services Inc., the company they hired to repair my HVAC system has an F rating on the BBB website and a significant following of dedicated angry customers across the web. What lead me to write this review today was, Burleson Services Inc. had a scheduled appointment to repair my HVAC system today between 9am and 1pm. I work from home. The last time I left my home was 6:30pm yesterday. So at 12:00 noon, no one had showed to repair my HVAC and the window had 1 hour remaining; I called Burleson Services Inc. to see if any one was coming and was reassured someone would be there. So I continued to work; I work from home. In fact, when I scheduled the appointment I made sure to tell the company I worked from home; I'm on the phone often; here's the gate code, come on in and knock on the door. At 2:28pm I received a phone call from Burleson Services Inc. and was told someone would be at my home soon. I asked how soon because I will begin an interview shortly. The representative just blurted out "You're just going to have to reschedule your appointment" and hung up. I completed my interview and immediately attempted to reach someone at American Home Shield ��� Home Warranty. 30 minutes wasted sitting on hold because I had an incoming phone call. Second attempt I reached a CSR after an hour and four minute wait. The representative read to me from her screen "The customer was not available; reschedule". I explained to the CSR what happened. She responded "Well, you wasn't at home for your appointment; you have to reschedule". I asked her to explain to me how could I not be at home, if I was working and I work from home. I also reiterated I called them at 12:00, my appointment was 9am to 1pm. Actually, this is the second company that used this excuse when they couldn't find the time to keep their schedule appointment, and American Home Shield ��� Home Warranty accepts this poor service. With American Home Shield ��� Home Warranty, you may eventually have your appliance or item serviced however; it is a terribly frustrating process. It brings American Home Shield ��� Home Warranty priorities into focus. I believe American Home Shield ��� Home Warranty works off the principle they can save money by hiring Contractors that would never receive a call-back for services if hired directly by a customer. Actually, I don't know of anyone that would hire a company with an F rating for home repairs, except... And I'm still waiting for that Supervisory call-back.

    After 10 days it was finally fixed and works fine. Company was not good at updating me as to the status of my part and even suggested I call Samsung myself to see if I could get the part faster.....which I would happily do but had already paid them to fix my dishwasher.....now why would I do their job and pay them for it?!?

    They sent one guy out to fix it, but they forgot that I have the dryer stacked on top, so he couldn't fix it that day. He correctly diagnosed it as being the drain pump motor. Capritta gave me an invoice for $266 and made an appointment to come back at the end of the week to fix it. I found out that I could get a new LG OEM pump delivered for $38. So, they were going to charge $266 to fix a $38 part. I watched a youtube video on how to replace it myself and completed it in a little over an hour. I still had to pay them $90 for the service call and diagnosis, but saved a lot of money by doing it myself.

    Our refrigerator broke down on July 3rd, being the Sunday of the July 4th weekend.? We called 3 or 4 appliance repair services before contacting Mike.? The other companies either didn't pick up the phone or we got their voicemail, and?who could blame them on a holiday weekend.? We?called Mike's company?around 10:00 am on Sunday morning, when he was already on another job on the beachside.? He told us he'd be at our house within an hour and he was.? He repaired the problem and was done in less than?an hour, for what I thought was a?very reasonable price.? Very courteous, very professional, very friendly.? We could not have been more pleased.? Or relieved --- he saved our weekend.? You just don't know how much you take a refrigerator for granted until it goes out.??We?highly recommend this company.

    Next day appointment was scheduled with Steven, who called an hour prior and said he could come early if I wanted.  He arrived, promptly diagnosed the problem, repaired it and had my machine running again in less than 20 minutes!!!  All for the quoted price of $69.
    He was very professional, courteous and friendly, and even gave me advice on my refrigerator which is old and not cooling well.
    I will definitely be calling them for future repairs, and recommending them to all my friends.

    He was prompt and so nice.  He explained everything and ran the washer a couple times to make sure it was fixed.  He came earlier than expected which was great!  I would absolutely use them again!
