    I got home from a trip in the 22nd of July...a/c was running but wasn't getting cold and it was freezing up. I called Supa air and they sent someone out...the guy that came arrived during daylight hours and did a thorough inspection of my unit. He said the unit was running great and that it just needed freon. Since I have an older system the cost of putting freon in was $348. So I agreed..I found it odd that he didn't check for any leaks..but he's a professional so I let him do his thing..and since he came out in a Sunday threw in a small tip so he could buy a drink. On July 30th the system stopped cooling again and the lines were feeezing. I called and spoke to Greg and told him it needed more freon. Greg came out on the 31st at about 8:30 - 9:00 ish. We went outside and while I shined a light for him ..he out a digital machine on the unit outside..then came inside and took a look at my system. He told me that the system is old and was not worth fixing. I told him that the guy on the 22nd who so graciously took my $348 and told me the system was fine ...said that the unit was still good. Greg brushed that off and repeated that the system needed to be replaced and that he had a new system for $4,820. I asked him if he could at least check the coils and he refused ..stating that it was of no use...not onon did either of them check for leaks. My question to him was that if the system was so bad it was beyond repair why did his employee feel the need to tell me the system was in good and that I only needed freon? Why take my $348 knowing that the system was not good. The fact that I got conflicting stories from the two definitely destroyed my trust in this company. After I reported him to the BBB his only response was that he didn't know who I was...but I've attached screenshots of the phone calls between us.

    It went great! My AC was on last leg, time for a new Unit, they came through and my expectations were surpassed. HONESTY and Quality!!! A+ on all levels. Terry was great and very knowledgeable. I asked him so many questions about Seers and tons, etc...he had nothing but patience with me. Best AC company!

    Very disappointing that I have to write a negative review on this company. This was a 5 year unit replacement with a parts warranted. Simply the first visit by the owner Anthony, had found a leak in the ac system. He charged over $450 dollars. He indicated that there is a possibility of the evaporator leak but wasn't sure. 3 months later in the heat of the summer we used this as a fix so Mom wouldn't be in a 95 degree home. 3 months later the AC wasn't working, but a new tech that came out said it was a leak in the shrader valve. We did say if that is the case then the valve was the company was truly responsible on the first visit and should not have leaked. But confirmed that it wasn't the evaporator leaking. But at a disadvantage we pay another $230 dollars. 2 months later, the AC is on the fritz. Another tech comes out now saying it was the evaporator leak and the warranted part would cost $650 to install. I called and requested for approx 7 days to have someone call us to verify our concerns. After 4 messages, the reception staff who didn't believe that customer service is part of the company rating, had a lead tech get in touch. Finally a call after 10 days and after hearing our concern said he would call back. Needless to say, he never did and the office person rec'd. 4 messages thereafter. On the last message, they said they were putting their dog down, and she didn't know what to say. Although, empathetic, I have a 75 old mother at 90 degrees that could have died. 2 weeks had passed. So be aware, their communication is very poor, workmanship questionable and their empathy is lacking. If they believe their company is based on how many air conditioners they fixed, they are truly mistaken. They missed it all counts.

    We have had ECM for 3 years and this is the first time we have had to use them. Our central heat stopped heating, I called at 8 am and was given a 4 hour window of when the service technician would arrive. The technician, Robert arrived within 1 hour of 4 hour window. He was very courteous, and efficient. he replaced a broken part, even checked our thermostat. gave us a detailed receipt with what he did. We would recommend ECM to everyone

    Pembroke Pines Air Conditioning
    We called Pembroke Pines AC because they helped my dad out like a couple months ago. Yes this is my 2nd review and all positive raves!! Terry had the bad luck of dismantling my AC and discovering the coils were utterly disgusting! I almost gagged when he showed me. He removed the coils and went outside, cleaned the coils with an acid wash, and put everything back together. He expressed that I have some time on this AC but to budget maybe a year down the road for a new one since it's seen better days. We plan on doing home repairs this Jan and he even advised me to NOT get the new AC until after and to beat the old one up instead. I agreed. He never hustled me, he never haggled, he gave me info on some units for the future and I shopped around already to make sure his info was correct. When it's the time, I will call Pembroke Pines Air again!!!. Honesty means a lot to me. My house is cold again, the air is probably way cleaner to breath in and I know what I have in store with the old unit currently in my house today. Thanks again and I will always refer you guys!

    After he came in and checked my appliances (A/C, refrigerator) gave me an estimate which was the best price I ever paid on fixing anything before he left the mess that was there he cleaned up behind his self, very respectable. If I need anything that needs to be repaired precision repair is the guy I would go too

    These folks are great!  The first couple of years that I had this central AC installed, the main HVAC unit would freeze up and flood the closet and adjacent areas.  
    After paying another company for the same repair for three years, I finally ditched them and called Weathershield.  They came out, noticed that I had a bad thermostat, replace that, serviced the unit and I haven't had a problem since then. 
    The folks are super polite, arrive on time and have had my AC purring now for over four years now.  Can't say enough.

    I purchased an Angie's List Deal for $49.  Within a few days we were able to schedule the project. Joel and Alex were assigned to perform this work and they were both professional and responsive to questions.  They recommended an additional service to allow the system to function more optimally.  I was informed of the cost of the nitrogen blow out of $50 followed by providing 2 lbs of R-22 at $68/lb.  They worked on the project for an extra hour so I felt the additional cost was reasonable.

    The company was great in setting up the appointment and being on time. The problem came with the installment. I had to have them come back twice because the unit was not cooling the house off. Finally the manager came out and determined the installers had not tested the vents correctly and adjusted the unit.

    Fast forward a year and a half later when the drain pump stops working and the drain backs up to flood my wood floors in the hallway. They came out to clean the line. I was quoted $75 at the beginning of the service then told it would be $250. Complained to the manager at the office who lowered the price to $200 - to clean a drain line?!?!? Oh and by the way, the employee asked why I didn't have a float switch on the unit. I responded with, I don't know, you tell me, your company installed the unit. The float switch would have saved my floors. They were kind enough to offer to come back the next day to install it "for free". It seems I paid for it with the $200 when it should have been done in 2012!
